Oui les camerounais sont prêts à construire dans leur pays mais le problème est le manque de route et un bon suivi d gouvernement car le Cameroun est au centre d'Afrique de l'ouest et d'Afrique centrale et le seul pays où le peuple est à 80% bilingue français et anglais et 45% espagnol, 35% allemand donc le Cameroun est une destination à investir

Development starts from community such as building basic infrastructures before building these beautiful building. I will not feel safe living in a big house when emergency services cannot access my place easily. I see beautiful houses in an abandon area. Anyone care for himself.

You can get information from consultancy ok? We don’t expose every location these are private properties. I almost got arrested for exposing someone’s property after these people went directly there without consulting with me then the owner asked like « how did you know about us » they showed my video, he started off by firing the person in charge who took me round the property.
Then also I don’t know the directions of some of these places only the agent can tell you after you pay consultancy. I don’t just sit in the house and these videos come and meet me, this is a lot of time and money spent and Cameroonians don’t want to join patreon but they want it all free.
