I wonder if these players would sacrifice some money to keep this core together. Just like Tom Brady did and look what happened. He got so many Super Bowl rings. I don’t know if NBA players would do something like that but maybe this team would so they could win so many championships. We’ll see I don’t know. They would still make really good money, but some of them would have to sacrifice some money and restructure their contract so they could keep this core together.

As is usually the case... the biggest impediment to a repeat is... the Celtics themselves. On the bright side, this is NOT a roster filled with egomaniacs, hardly so... and in today's modern sports world, that sure is a refreshing aspect of this team (emphasis on team). I give them a good chance because of it.
