    What were the herbs?

Very very interesting! There’s some big link with nature with this. Part of my recovery involved taking flower essences made specially for me by my craniosacral therapist (a therapy that really helps with emotional release!) and earthing daily in my garden. Developing a relationship with (cringe) my tree 😂😂😂😂🙈 That was around the time of my extinction bursts. I’m so fascinated hearing the different recoveries.

I think those who watched the video are asking which herbs, because the title saying “these herbs” gave me my life back, seems to imply the herbs might be named…So, naturally people would ask which herbs.
Doesnt mean everyone would go buy them without finding out their uses, side effects and so on.
Heck, I was just curious what made him get his life was back! Its great!

I'm not able to listen to the whole thing but I can totally relate to this. It started with a trauma you need some time to recover from that but you don't get it and then it all spirals out of control and you lose all sense of safety. And then it's a mess because you don't understand what's going on and neither does medicine. But finding something that helps you feel safe and getting that safety to settle inside you and convincing yourself and nervous system and then I think you can come out of it. I'm at a stage where I am getting towards this happening but although my story is totally different it's very similar in what's happened. If only people understood that it's about getting to safety and releasing the emotions and what we are storing up in order to feel safe and connected. What I've written sounds like a load of hippie nonsense but in my opinion that is really what is going on for many people certainly myself and this man

I have some very strong ideas about how to help people more when I get out of this which I plan to speak to you about when I am better because I think there is so much good that can be done and although there are a lot of Recovery stories and websites out there I think I have my own way to put it which hopefully will connect with a lot of people. This information shouldn't be behind a paywall

The herbs cannot be shared online. They are powerful in some bodies and of no real usefulness in other bodies.
He encouraged us to set an appt with a specialist.

Hector, very happy to hear you are well and thanks for a captivating story. Refreshing to see a Herbal approach on the channel. Herbs have been a part of my recovery journey too. Everyone wants to know what herbs of course (including myself )but one needs a prior consultation as you say. Saying that, I feel that the following herbs need considering by those that are interested, as after all ,CFS is a neurological issue and herbs that support the brain can help many of us. The following were often in my prescriptions and helped me: Oats, skullcap, ginkgo, hawthorn, siberian ginseng, lions mane, lavender, bacopa, gota cola.

Herbs are amazing. I have used the for many many years. They were also an important part of my recovery on round 1 of CFS/POTS/FIBROMYALGIA which took 2.5 years. Round 2 is so much more severe and dangerous. Acupuncture, herbs supplements, flower essences essential and this time mudras, breathwork and mantras. A journey to experience many aspects of natural healthcare as we are part of nature after all. General medicine just did damage sadly!

Interesting and thanks for sharing Hector and Raelen. I also had an inhalation accident before cfs. And also recently feeling inspired by herbs to help me as the brain training approach has been limited in success. 💚

Google: Herbs for ...... (your main symptom) and try the teas. I like the loose leaf ones, because then I can start of with small dosages and increase until I find my sweet spot.

Would you just take your neighbors pharmaceuticals? Of course not, and herbs are no different. See an herbalist.

What I am doing is looking on Google: Herbs for ..... .
Fir examplex, I struggle very bad with insomnia so I started taking a supplement with 2 herbs that is known for helping with sleep and stress and that was the first thing that had a positive influence on sleep for me. I have tried 5 different sleeping meds at the time that was either not working or made symptoms worse.
I am improving now by adding camomile tea 2-3 times a day and are definitely getting better quality sleep. I want to start using the teas of the other two herbs in the supplement next. Then I can manage the dosage better.

Hm there is def a self promotion and often leaving key information out in these videos. I do find that actually really shit. I m writing all i do and give it for free to patients of my doctor coz the primary should be help coz u f ing know how it is and not money. If money is the primary well then u are in the wrong field, aka helping humans. Money can be second or tertiary but primary is just immoral.
