Tely, I must say that, besides your excellent knife-making skills I'm also impressed by your very clean work area. I like to see that you clean-as-you-go.
I married a girl who is cleaner than I.
Tely your editing has just gotten better with time. Each new video of your impresses me more than the last, especially because your craftsmanship just keeps getting better. You're one impressive dude. Keep at it. Can't wait for your next project.
Thank you Nelson
A long time ago, it was easy to see that you were making a knife. Later I learned that slight scratches required long polishing. I really admire your skills and patience. Process.
I love your videos too hans! Nice to see you here :)
@@erlendh3257 I am his loyal audience.
@@erlendh3257 thanks
Can't beat watching part 1,2 & 3 in one day. Love the craftsmanship.

I love your sense of humor. The slow-mo paper template drop. LOL. Great work, man.
Whatever you do, I always look and admire your skill and even envy a little
It is the truth, TELY is the best channel for making knife. I wish to have one knife of yours😁. *Gift of course*

Me: how many parts of video do tou need to show how you make knife?
Slavik: More
Me: how many steel you need to make knife?
Slavik: More
Dude you're one of those cleanest knife maker out my shop is a mess
Brother, I want to say thank you for posting these videos because you really screw one thing up: my ability to make up a pitiful and weak excuse. I watch a few different blacksmith channels and they have all these big and impressive tools and it makes it easy for me to say I can’t try to do things like this as a hobby because I don’t have everything a professional knife maker has. I’ve watched all your videos and you have never had that as an excuse. Rather than being lazy, you work through it or build something that works until you can buy something. A couple weeks ago I purchased a bottle of that Dykem Steel Blue, that I discovered through you, so I could re-hone and customize the blade on one of my Microtech Ultratechs. You are the only person I have seen use that and I love it. Hell, today I had a nice (and expensive 🤯) block of Gaboon Ebony delivered because I am going to try to make some custom scales for some of my knives and ordered it so I didn’t have another excuse when I am able to start that project. Anywho, once again, thank you for putting out videos that inspire and become an example of a process you lead. 🤘🏻
I guess I should stay away from 2x72. This will force you to get it going.
SLAVIK TELY Are you referring to a 2x72 of ebony? If so, damn! Getting your hands on something like that is impressive. Finished watching the build today and it is beautiful. However, I am serious about being grateful for you posting these videos. Your jagdkommando build was a slap to the face and a kick in the ass. A build that impressive burns away all excuses. Keep it up. 🤘🏻
Now that’s a knife! Can’t wait to see it done.
Next video please, can't wait to see you finish the project
Su habilidad y dedicación son inspiradoras. El resultado final siempre es una obra de arte. Espero con ansias el video final. ¿Cómo puedo comprar un cuchillo TELY?
Awesome.. Waiting for part 4
Very interesting to watch your work, you work excellently & your measurement is absolutely awesome........ pls upload your next and final video of this awesome knife.... take care
Slavik good day!Cleaver fire and work class!Make a video about the Tomahawk if you can!good luck in your projects!
Hey Slavik Tely, can you please make a dagger replica of the Rebellion sword from Devil May Cry 5? I would love to see you build it!😍😍😍 Thanks so much for all of your awesome videos 😁
It is way too complicated for my skill level.
@@SLAVIKTELY hopefully you will be able to make it for us, because I have seen your past work and it's wonderful to see! You will be a master knifesmith one day 😁Thanks and have a great weekend 😁
Can't wait to see the next part)
Eagerly awaiting part 4!
This guy knows magic
Keep up the good work, I like you’re videos

ironwood is beautiful.
Enjoyed your video and gave it a Thumbs Up
Woohoo another knife video . been missing you
Excellent video! Your knifes getting longer and longer now. Does a sword might be your the next project?
Awesome work as always!
heavy metal the top knife too the master 😎😎😎👍👍👍
Dios no aguantaba la espera jajaj
Great knife as always (one of my favs actually), but why in the world is the other side of the blade so complicated? Would have been easier with a straight end piece. Will be covered in wood and steel. Nobody would see the difference...or am I wrong?
its also about the quality tely makes his knives in his way that he feels fit and if its really complicated he will pull it off just to showcase how nice its made it doesnt just look amazing the work behind is also amazing
@@thedandy6765 We all know he got the skills. But it just does not really make much sense. Its like painting the underside of your car with an expensive paint. Or spots you dont see in the end.
@@LaserGadgets so when yoy give your car an expensive paint you wouldnt paint that on the inside and underside like every car
@@thedandy6765 Trained by standox -.- nobody would dude. And it was just an example. Act stupid, I dont care...

What? Will go to have part 4?
Hey what bandsaw blade do you use or recommend for thicker steel?
I use DeWalt, Milwaukee or Lenox 14 tpi
Hi Slavik
On average about how much is it to make 1 of your knives? I'm looking into doing metal work and I wanna get my info from someone with experience.
Not tely here but I've been making blades for about 3 years and never made a profit one. My technique is similar to tely's. Cost of tools is one thing labor is another story. If I wanted paid 20$ an hour for my time my blades would cost over 1000$ dollars
@@justinkardos2797 A fine 2x72 belt grinder sander would save all that time.It is a must if you plan on making knives for retail profit. If you plan on keeping them for yourself, dont need all the high tech goodies.I get materials from salvage yard.5160 spring steel but you want pre1980's so to be sure it is 5160..The new stuff, can be mystery and give issues heat treating.Pre 2000 ford truck springs and jeep are sure 5160...5160 makes great blade.Salvage yard saves you money, just must be certain what you get is secret, earlier the better.
