Nicely done Jeff would of been interesting to see what you actually removed from the gills but good job mate exactly how I would of treated the Showa and hopefully the Karishigoi will heal up nicely 👍👍😀😀
Thanks Martin, the swelling happened so fast I didn’t have time to record but it would of being interesting to video, it had few small yellow bits size of a pinky nail coming to the karashigoi I don’t know what’s gonna happen with her she hasn’t really improved much from when I last showed her on vid but finger x 👍🏻take care
@@just4koi143 rather than just tamodine mate dry her off spray some antibac spray around the wound brush it in then some tamodine and maybe try and seal the bad bits with propolis, it’s just one of those battles we have to face with fish mate , be it marine tropical or koi 👍👍☹️🤔

Yes you are correct, Momotaro showers and upflow filter will get with 2nd treatment, for now I want the treatment to concentrate in pond, nexus and bio filter, thanks and take care👍🏻

Hi Jeff, I used that Algea treatment you used, absolutely crap and I told my koi dealer who still sells it, I used the cloverleaf always works, done two treatments on my pond this year, cos I had Algea bad from last year, all gone, hope the fish make a recovery

fluke m worked for me where as the popular flukesolve did nothing after 4 treatments. very costly but like you say, i think flukes get used the same treatment. i willconcider lernex pro in the future if fluke m fails. great vid
@@leeoliver4063, it’s the 4th day of treating with lernex pro I had 3 koi flash the following day(shiro utsuri, karashigoi,Showa) since then no flashing and koi seem relaxed, hopefully second treatment will wipe everything out if any parasites still there, give lernex pro ago 👍🏻
@@just4koi143 think im going to , iv turned on uv, kill off the flukasol going to do a pottasium treatment to make sure got all trich as that was my main infestation, then il do lernex pro , obviously il try scrape first if iv got mucus to get off them 😔

Surely if you got flukes and eggs you need to treat all filters as well as fish ?

I used kusuri M last year treated once problem solved this year treated twice didn’t even touch them 🤦🏻♂️thanks and take care 👍🏻
Just use fluke solve double dose then follow up with fmg.
