I thought Gate wormwhole travel was one way,So how did he go back through the gate without shutting it down then reopening a outward bound warmehole...hmmm🤔🤔🤔
plot hole i guess, the jaffa dont know how to work cumputer and there's no classic control panel for the stargate...

My only problem with the pilot episode: how did Apophis reopen the gate to make his escape? Earth's gate didn't have a DHD and opening the gate that way was tech the Ghoul didn't possess.
Meh! Minor detail.
They fixed that in the remake of the pilot movie on dvd I think.

Well, tbh the English sometimes use "Sargent" but the U.S. Army uses "Sergeant" tomato tomato...😂

In the series I thought they did shut it down.
SG1 and Atlantis were finished. Stargate Universe was shutdown.
they for sure shut it down, but they have no way of opening it back up since they have no classic control panal so thats weird.....
Looking back, to this day I still find it mind boggling/hilarious, that such a "wholesome" show, had full frontal female nudity in its first episode!
The first season was on showtime, then moved to scfi
