i have some extra tips: 1. if you can, try to move to the back of the creature your fighting. if ur creature has latch then use it to tail ride so u can them without having to move each time they turn. if the enemy creature has tail whip try to go into the middle of the creature and attack them so they wont hit you, but it'll depend on hitbox so you might die from doing that. 2. observe the terrain around you, if your losing the battle try to loop around something and catch them off guard so you can get free spots to attack. 3. not rlly a FIGHTING tip but dont be afraid to combat log, you rlly dont want to lose a creature right? iits ok to combat log, just regrow it its not that bad. dont be paranoid about the fact they'll bully u bc u left, ignore that because u knew you made a good choice. growing it from the very start sucks, growing it at a specific spot is better and not very time-consuming. 4. while fighting, try to observe the creature ur fighting. like try to see how fast or slow they are if they can reach a high place or stuff. just because they have wings or flippers doesnt mean their a pure creature, they could be a semi aquatic or a semi terrain and stuff. take contol of how they act because u can see what things they cant reach and be able to be above them in battle. 5. last because my neck hurts, ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS take control of ur ailments. dont just go in battle if u dont know what ur ailments do, read the stats ur creature has so u can know how too use it. make sure u also use ur breath, it'll help as tick damage and if it has ailments then u can be on top of ur opponent by just using ur breath and inflicting poison, blurry vision, bleed, and so on. if u r losing the battle, try to inflict as much ailments before u die because ur opponent will have trouble healing it off and will have a chance to end up dying before they can lay down. thats all! ty for reading
