Evening folks! Thanks for joining me for another video, the support lately has been incredible and I can't think you enough. @@HobbenTroutski He actually calculates the calories he eats per week which total 21,000Kcal....So if he ate 8,000kcal in this meal, the rest of the week he will divide the 13,000kcal equally for 6 days plus he works out so that is why he gets to stay in shape. There is a video he put explaining it

@@Gblonkers Well I was born as a vegetarian and don't eat egg either. So it's probably easier for me.
@@Gblonkers there are so many things to eat it's just you're used to having an animal with more or less everything you it. Look for vegetarian options and I assure you you will find them.
I could have done this when expecting my first child. I told the family that I “ really don’t eat red meat,” then proceeded to eat 4 huge porterhouse steaks. Still wanted more and they had to take two out of the freezer to defrost. When my husbands uncle said to him, “I thought she didn’t eat red meat,” my husband said, “whatever you do, DON’T tell her. She’s kind of scaring me right now.” Thank heavens I only gained 20 lbs during my pregnancy, but most of it was that dinner.
Nah, meat doesn’t cause weight gain unless you are working out then it helps build muscle. But, the only thing that allows your body to make fat is carbohydrate. So actually eating meat only ie., carnivore diet is a legitimate way to lose weight without calorie restriction. That includes other meat based products that have no carbs in them eg., eggs, bacon, butter, some cheeses, offal eg liver, seafood etc.
It’s the crisps, pasta, chips, rice, potatoes, pizza, bread, bananas etc., that cause weight gain.
I love how his narration is mostly just criticizing everything he says in the video 😂
Love the part that you build a rapport with the owners and they also love catering you...

This challenge made me hungry, looks yummy. I might take longer than the hour to eat this but as long as the failure still lets you continue and finish the food then probably wouldn't mind as it would be sacreligeous to leave steak or chips on a plate, I could easily donote the onions rings though.

I'd like to see you tackle the blooming onion, and the aussie cheese fries on top of gigantic portions of beef steak, and a nice baked potato. Never seen you eat baked potatoes so far, and I been binge watching beard meats food for darn close to 2 weeks now. Let's get it!
