i've been on a keto diet for 5 months. no fruits, no nuts, no dairy, no bread, wheat, grains, etc. I can only have low carb low sugar vegetables and fresh meat for every meal. that means only veggies like broccoli and cabbage. It's very tiring. I lost over 40lbs which is awesome, but I'm about done. It's just too much. I miss proper foods. I'm counting down the days lol. I have 2 more months on it, but after this month I think I'm going to quit early, and just lose weight the normal way.

His cruel remarks hurt me more than ever,he didn't seem to care, understand that he was destroying us as a couple,me as a person, my weight,he wasn't ashamed of himself, his rotten attitude,or of the abuse that he gave me.i was completely sick of everything that I spoke of, more so with him. I divorced him but I had someone else who was awful as well, like him . I felt like I definitely deserve a way better man in my entire life. That hasn't been the case for me even though I have prayed for, wished for, wanted, needed, thought,felt ,dreamed of.
