You can do it by self study it's hard but not impossible by any chance.
But i would recommend Coaching because in the end it helps a lot
For second question it depends entirely on what you are chasing but if you want to settle by 21 or 22 years you should definitely go for CA no question because clearing CA all levels which are possible in 3 year's is equivalent to doing both graduation and post graduation.
