      @@leonardodutra8787 Or A to A. If I had a bari, I'd go A to A because it's a little easier to transpose being a fifth lower than standard tuning than being a fourth.

      Hi Dave. I'm gratified by your observant comment. My radio and twitter name is DGold. I asked Col Bruce Hampton, a musical mentor of these players, during his lifetime if I can use this name Colbruce for my youtube channel. Sharing music with context, credits, permission, and background information, is my passion. Thanks for pointing that out. The most-viewed video on my 12-year channel is another song from the same Jimmy Herring Band show, it's their cover of Led Zeppelin "Since I Been Loving You".

    Only 4 guys. Do ya think we could see the bass player and piano player in at least a few shots? If they would just "pull back" a little, we could see them ALL! Sound's pretty good!

    Someone knows how he mix an octave up? is not a whammy; there is no glissando here...which pedal use for that?

    • @timbraunfeld7359
      @timbraunfeld7359 8 лет назад +3

      My guess is it's a combination of some well placed pinch harmonics mixed with the fact that the amp is probably at a high enough volume where you get all sorts of nice harmonic feedback.

      He has explained it in a guitar world interview, a video, not a pedal, his hands, whether we can comprehend what he says and do it is another matter. He has also explained that space invaders like trademark flash thing he does in jams, but another thing of knowing how not meaning able to do.
