I finally got to try an Ethiopian restaurant like this. It was sooo good. The menu was pretty big but I do recall alicha is a mild stew and Wat means it’s a spicy stew. They have all kinds that have vegetables or meat. I personally recommend Sambussas if you go somewhere that has them on the menu, particularly if they have ones with lentils inside :)

It's called Enjera (the flat bread) and the sauce they ate is called "Zilzil Alicha" . there is no such thing as Galalalala :) .you may like it, give it a try ( I recommend meat or veggie combo so that you can try more flavors)
i mean we all know they are gonna love it and fall in love with ethiopian food and its gonna be a half arc that leads into some other event. But they do manage to make it fun and interesting and avoid excessive cheese. That marge tongue thing was really cool that they did there, rather than just ht generic "this is really good I was wrong" line. THey really do try now with the simpsons. its worth watching again, those middle seasons where the magic of the older episodes had weared off were shit but these past few seasons have been really good, u can tell how much work they put into the episodes now.

Unfortunately, it wasn't prepared properly because the chef-in-training had no experience in how to prepare it and frantically went out of the restaurant. He was asking the head sushi chef to come back to the restaurant and make the Tessa due to his experience. When the man refused to help out because he wanted to have sex with Krabbappel, the chef-in-training was forced to prepare it himself. Homer suffered food poisoning and even after surviving it, he made it clear he never wanted to try different foods again.
