Try to release as much control of outcome as possible. If any fears, worries or doubts come to the surface, that's a good thing,, allow yourself to feel those emotions fully and don't run from them. If unpleasant or pleasant memories come up, do the same thing as I advised before. Repeat to yourself, all is well, Im always safe, I'm always supported, Its safe to trust, it's safe to trust myself, it's safe to trust the world(or any variation of those affirmations).
