You can make liquid foaming soap using regular hand soap and hot water. It's a good way to stretch a dollar. I like making my own foaming soap because my kids tend to use too much of the regular hand soap. With the foaming soap they can use a bunch but it's mostly water!
If I had to pick one section of Dollar Tree as my favorite it would be organization! And I'm not just talking about bins and baskets. There are so many hacks! I use two paper towel holders for my scrunchies, for example.
During the Winter freeze 🥶 out in Texas that shut down our power, my little Dollar Tree flashlight 🔦 saved me! It was the only one I had! It is a little red light that looks kind of like a mini spotlight lantern. I did the dishes by setting it on the counter top for light! I had water, but no power! I need to stock up on batteries in case that ever happens again. I need that hand soap! I just ran out.
I live in Irving. I had just happened to buy a couple of those round tap lights a few weeks before the storms, and that's what I used for my light when the power was out. I'm so glad I had bought them. I also had found some Hot Hands and bought a few of those, too. Those came in handy, too (no pun intended).
I agree the Dollar Tree Books are the best, decorating and cooking are my favorite...the makeup is good too...Hard Candy is really great make up...the eye shadows are very pigmented...I am still looking for the Hard Candy Palette I have been seeing in hauls it's beautiful...Hope your doing well.

Good Evening Marie, Michaels carries that brand Tulip. One of my Dollar Tree Managers said, that Dollar Tree is going to start buying from one of the Distributors that Michaels uses.
Those mesh and plastic drawstring bags would be PERFECT for carrying beach toys, so that the sand will fall out :) That's going on my list for vaca this year! Also, gonna look for the water activity books, table runners (for Christmas dinner decor), and organizer "tackle box" type bin :) great finds!
My favorite finds for $1 (actually. 50!!) are greeting cards! Still to this day after shopping at Dollar Tree for years it blows my mind that their cards are .50 -$1. They are easily $3 and more elsewhere 🤷♀️

I am obsessed with the small plastic baskets that I think there is 3 different sizes where smaller baskets have 2 or 3 baskets for $1. I use these everywhere but mainly as drawer organizers. Yes I love love the books at DT. I did a video on about 30 plus books from DT. I read Alot and also pick up the young adult teen reads for my colleague who teaches reading english. They are an absolute awesome find at the DT.
I am on the hunt for those Charlie Brown books, my friend collects the gang. Because of you I have been going to the book section a lot and I bought two Danielle Steel books and a Nora Robert book and cook books. So the sections I go to every time I go into the store is the seasonal, then to the Crafters square, books, frames, candles and flowers (that are not in the garden section) and office supplies and then tools. I check out the other parts when I am search of something like the toilet bowl handle for a craft and some air fresheners and stuff like that. Last but not least is the candy and chips, we get the box candy (goobers, nestle crunch, gobsmackers, caramel and cream better known as bullseye, riesins and sweedish fish). I use to not go into the store much until I started following you lol. Have a great weekend.
Books are the best!! I have the same box from the tool area... Works great for AA's and AAA's... Could work for watch it car remote batteries. Not good for C or D...

Thanks for showing the sticker activity books actually found some at our store and bought 32 for my sisters grade 1 and 2 combined class she was happy to hear I did not suppose to bring things to class anymore but I am taking to her 2 weeks after the purchase .She will have sit in cupboard for 2 weeks just in case plus I wiped them all down before taking to her .Just want to keep everyone safe !
My granddaughter 's teacher had us send in the Valentine's treats a week early - nothing edible allowed - and she "quarantined" everything until their party . I was glad the kids got to have a party and some normalcy. You did great!

The best was this past Christmas when I found the most amazing cookbook for my sister that originally went for $47.95 ( I can't remember the name, but it was huge, thick and had to be at least 400 pages) I gifted that with some of the Betty Crocker utensils, a handsewn Japanese apron , and kitchen towels. She was thrilled.

I'm 70 and need large print, so they don't work for me. I love some of the authors but can't read them. I heard many years ago that if you keep your batteries in the refrigerator they last longer. A professional photographer told me this. Those painting things are reusable. Use let them dry and paint (water) again.

They have some really nice battery cases on Amazon. We bought one here recently and it was 20 dollars. Has spaces for all battery sizes and a battery tester. Just letting you know in case the one from dollar tree doesn’t work out for ya! Love your videos Marie ❤️
There is a clear tray in Dollar Tree thats a long rectangle with 3 sections, no lid, these are amazing to organize batteries. I hate there is no lid but they fit in a drawer and I guess a lid isn't nessesary unless you want to stack them. (They are like the clear makeup plastic organizers)
I spray painted that cactus with hammered metal then took it off that base. Added it to a wood circle. Now it's just decor on my dresser next to my succulents
By far the manufacturer closeouts and seconds are the best value. Not only the books for a dollar but when they get As Seen on TV merchandise, and sometimes some name brand groceries like full boxes of cereal.
"How do people drive without crying?" My thoughts EXACTLY! I need a personal driver. I hate it! In fact, right now I am forcing myself to place a grocery pick-up and scrolling through times of when I think I MIGHT want to possibly get in the car to go and get them...um...how about never? 😂🤷♀️

Those mesh/plastic bags would be great for traveling to put dirty clothes in, put shoes in, etc. Those bags meant specifically for using in a suitcase can be costly! Marie- great finds! The Spa Soap foaming hand soap dispenser in ocean breeze has been at my stores in Alabama for years. They actually sell the huge refill bottle as well! It's my favorite. Hallmark owns Crayola and now that Hallmark cards and gift wrap are available I'm anticipating much more Crayola selection to be available!

Ooh those bags are great for the beach and swim bag!!! Also I use drawstring bags for my shoes in suitcase when traveling 😀
My daughter buys the Ioni eyelashes every time we go to DT. She gets many compliments when she wears those lashes.
I use those too when I want some fun flirty lashes.
My daughter, she’s 21, loves those eyelashes! She tells me all the time to pick them up when I see them.
