Mercury-Vapor Streetlight Turning On in Pennington, NJ

This is a mercury-vapor streetlight turning on Route 31 in Pennington, NJ. I think its photocell was replaced a year ago, so it is less sensitive to darkness (and therefore comes on later than other streetlights). I waited several minutes for it to turn on, and I couldn't stand out long, so this is not a very good video, as I didn't catch the initial start-up, wasn't very close to it, and didn't film it too long.
