But honda was really, or should be my first choice, but because of budget issue, I ended up at picanto. But I never regret it. Either of the 3, basta pinaghirapan mo, its worth it.
I own a Brio RS and love it! For me, the handling was the most surprising part as well as the noise isolation for the class. It was mentioned in the review how planted it feels and man is that true, you have to feel it as it's really hard to describe. I also love the style, I know it's subjective but if you love how the Civic RS Turbo looks but can't afford it, the Brio RS is the next best thing. I do agree that I wish Honda put a reverse camera especially for the RS variant, it's the only thing that I really feel is missing.
If I have money, I would buy the _Brio_ because *it's a Honda.* If my reason is *practicality,* I would buy the _Wigo._ If I want a *balanced car,* I would buy the _Picanto._

Am KIA PICANTO 2015 owner before .. and after that i upgrade.. I must say , I miss the handling and comfortability of picanto ! My frnds who used to borrow my picanto, they are actually loving the performnce of picanto ..
I have a 2019 Celerio and I understand why it's not even considered to be matched up to these cars. The Celerio gen2 really hasn't been updated since it's release in 2015. Only the infotainment system was changed to a 7 inch touchscreen starting from the 2018 models. But it was way ahead of its time since it came out with a CVT transmission even back then (i think one of the first small hatchbacks to come out with one) and that's why it's fuel efficiency is its strongest point. Now back on point, if I had the to choose among these 3 in the video, the Brio would be my pick. Once you try CVT, a standard AT will feel very sloppy. EDIT: There are rumors of a new Celerio though, perhaps gen 3. There were sightings of it being road tested in India earlier this year :)

Why is it that owners of these cars keep on rambling in the comments defending their cars kesyo 'dapat Top of the Line ni-review,' 'napaka-unfair naman,' etc. You have to remember na these cars are loaned to the press. And even if the TOTL variants were compared, I doubt that the results would be any different. It's not like they compared a base model to a top-trim. In the case of the Brio RS, do you think bigger rims, a black grill, orange interior accents, and a side skirt will make it so much better that it will blow the Wigo and Picanto away?
Keith Nepomuceno Suzuki put the Swift in between this sub compact segment and the compact hatch segment for them to be safe because it can't win over the jazz and the yaris...

Wigo is the TRD Variant, it's the top of the line model. That said, you should have presented the Brio RS and Picanto top variant for a better comparison.

Well I pick honda brio any day. When I see brio I imagine I got a Honda jazz too. Well I'm a wigo owner. I prefer efficiency and space for a small car for a small family. I think wigo is worth buying. But in terms with looks and power. Brio all day 👍👍👍
My dad once had a Picanto and it was pleasant. But when I bought a brio, it performed way above my expectation. The engine was superb and it was reliable on up-hills (I usually go to baguio once or twice a week) compared to picanto. We sold the picanto for just around 190k (2013 model TOTL). While the market value of Brio 5 years from now will go for around 300-400k.

How's the nvh of the mirage? Very tempting yung P500k+ na g4 m/t. Seen it sa casa, was surprised with the huge legroom at the back. Did not do a test drive though.

I agree that there is a mismatch on the comparison as upon checking their price range, the Brio variant that should be compared should be the RS and not the V. That could probably have some effect on the scores.

Toyota PH thinks that because of their past reputation of having good rating in terms of reliability, they can just rip off people by selling these overpriced yet underspeced vehicles. The wigo is not a really good bargain if you compare it with the other two. Yes, you can say "but toyota is reliable", sure. But don't you think that other car brands had caught up with the reliability standards of toyota. I mean you possibly won't own your wigo for 10-15 years so why not choose the car with the most value for money instead of buying toyota's "reliable" cars. It's just not worth for me. I hope toyota ph realizes this because I hate seeing cars with 2m price tag and doesn't even come with a proper equipment(radar cruise, all around parking sensors, 3d cam, lane keep assist)

Kahit talo siya sa engine, kung panalo siya sa interior, exterior, ride & handling, refinement, quality, etc, then manalo pa rin sana overall yung Wigo. Pero hindi eh, hahaha talo din siya sa mga category na yun

BRIO- PERFORMANCE, AND LOOKS,
PICANTO- COMFORT DRIVING HINDI MATAGTAG KAHIT COMPACT CAR. VERY FUEL EFFICIENT. LOT OF FEATURES, BEAUTIFUL INTERIOR DESIGN.
WIGO- OK NMN PANG CITY DRIVING KASO UNDERPOWER TLGA SYA, SOBRANG MATAGTAG, AND ALOT OF IRITATING NOISE.
DONT HATE. NKA PAG TEST DRIVE NA KASE AKO NG TATLO KAYA ALAM KO. AND TOYOTA FAN TLGA AKO DATI PA. KAYA SA HULI VIOS DIN ANG BAGSAK🤣😂

Where's the Mirage(cvt)? I remember filling up my mirage 1000php and drive it for a week. Commonwealth to Ortigas back to back.
How's the nvh of the mirage? Very tempting yung P500k+ na g4 m/t. Seen it sa casa, was surprised with the huge legroom at the back. Did not do a test drive though.
@@jimmydishkawnt well since its a econo car. Not gonna lie. It's a bit noisy. All i did is to mod it with i think will reduce noise. Never tried G4. But im very happy with my hatch as a daily.

I agree that there is a mismatch on the comparison as upon checking their price range, the Brio variant that should be compared should be the RS and not the V. That could probably have some effect on the scores.
There's also a GT variant for Picanto. The scores I think will be the same.

Toyota PH thinks that because of their past reputation of having good rating in terms of reliability, they can just rip off people by selling these overpriced yet underspeced vehicles. The wigo is not a really good bargain if you compare it with the other two. Yes, you can say "but toyota is reliable", sure. But don't you think that other car brands had caught up with the reliability standards of toyota. I mean you possibly won't own your wigo for 10-15 years so why not choose the car with the most value for money instead of buying toyota's "reliable" cars. It's just not worth for me. I hope toyota ph realizes this because I hate seeing cars with 2m price tag and doesn't even come with a proper equipment(radar cruise, all around parking sensors, 3d cam, lane keep assist)
