    Good job! The key to running longer distances is slowing down 😌 so it doesn't hurt so much

    As a runner a 9 min and change mile is fast! I run a 13-14 min mile. So be proud. Also look up the Jeff Galloway method. It’s where you run/walk. I do a 30 sec run and a 30 sec walk. Give it a try and you may find your time improves since the walk breaks give you the energy to run faster. It also helps as you increase mileage.
