This is a masterpiece. You did a wonderful job on this! I'm shocked how natural it sounds! I'm just getting started in working with Synth V. Could you go into more detail what the HPsynthV plugins are used for?
Sure, it basically lets you replicate the pitch of an acapella file, so you can closely mimic the way the original singer sang the song. It's not 100% perfect and it does require editing afterwards, but it's a great starting point if your goal is to make the voicebank behave like the original voice. Their channel has a full tutorial, including an updated method to also create the notes automatically instead of manually inputting them: ruclips.net/video/TutVYmbRoAg/видео.html
Love the arrangement and blown away by the HPsynthV plugin, which I was not even aware of until I heard your tune.I plan on getting Synth V pro today after hearing this piece as I see there is no point in trying to squeeze more things out of Synth V Studio Basic that just are not there.Refreshing to hear this genre being used so well in Synth V as I am a life long jazz player whose main focus is the Great American Songbook of jazz standards.Very, very well done!
"Main1" track doesn't use the plugin at all, because I wasn't a fan of how the result sounded and fixing it manually would've taken more time than not using it altogether. The other tracks all use the plugin + manual adjustments where needed :)
@@raidergale Thank you for the detailed information. Do you use customization for automatic pitch adjustment? If you use it, can you tell me the degree of vibrato or strength control? (I mean, I want to know the exact figures of the Improvisation and vibrato 1, 2 and overshots.)
@@suo887 I actually don't! I've done some tests and I ended up preferring Solaria's default automatic pitch adjustment, so it's what I usually use. One caveat is that I don't apply it to the entire track at once, I select small parts, apply automatic pitch there until I get a result I like, and then repeat on other sections. After doing that I manually go over the result to add some more personal touches on the tuning
@@raidergale Thank you for the good tip. Automatic pitch tuning without customization also looks good. Then, when you apply automatic pitch tuning, how much is the improvisation? I'm sorry I kept asking you questions.😢😢
Thanks! The only "general" setting I changed is I put her Gender parameter to 0.085 to get a slightly deeper voice. All the extra voice editing is mainly done with the Tension parameter in specific parts of the song, to get a softer or stronger sound
@@raidergale The gender parameter makes it really shine. I don't know how the higher parts will sound with less tension. In the middle section the tension seems a bit tight, but at the end the higher parts are more open and sound lovely. I don't know if that makes sense. I repeat: stunning what you did here. This is so inspiring. Big thanks.
@@willemvandenbroeck6829 Yeah, honestly balancing tension to make higher parts sound better is still something I need to work on. Higher notes are one of the synthesized voices main weaknesses, and while Solaria manages to keep a stronger sound compared to, say, Eleanor Forte AI, it's still not 100% ideal for songs that require a strong voice in the higher register
@@raidergale Maybe Solare just is not the kind of voice for that. I think what you did sounds absolutely wonderful. Indeed she is not an opera soprano which is a good thing, i think. The original singer has more power in the higher register and doesn't sound as appropriate. Just my opinion but i like the Solaria voice a lot better here. Your arrangement supports that very well also.
Thanks! As much as I adore Haley's cover of Creep, I'm afraid I don't think I'd do her justice 😅 She uses a lot of rasp and growls, which aren't really possible to replicate in SynthV at the moment
This is so amazing solaria is starting to become a comfort voicebank

wonderful job!! she sounds so beautiful!!
this is amazing, holy cow.. i'm blown away.
Solaria is so🥺✨
woah, this is amazing!
Did you apply HPsynthV plug-in to the entire split? I'm so curious how you made it. Your SOLARIA touches me like a person sings.

@@suo887 No worries! I usually set it anywhere between 40 and 50, for this cover I used the value exactly in the middle, 45 :)
you give solaria justice
Stunning man. Was it a lot of work? Did you use normal Solaria settings or did you change the formants a little? Her voice sounds really nice here.

Suena muy linda , deberías hacer el cover de Creep de PJM
