Ingredients:
5 potatoes
1 beetroot
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp shahi jeera
1/4 tsp hing
1 chopped onion
1 inch grated ginger
1/4 tsp haldi powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
1&1/2 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp salt
chopped coriander and 6-7 fresh mint leaves
cashews and raisins
1/4 cup peas
1/4 tsp kasuri methi
1 tsp sugar
8-9 bread slices
5 tbsp maida
2 tbsp rice flour
oil for frying
