Rex, you have an enviable speaking voice. Your timbre is pitch perfect for narration. You should be narrating Disney movies. Remember Rex Allen? Then there was Rex Reason from This Island Earth. Thanks. Speaking of Rex Harrison, back in the 70's I was involved with community theater and we did a production of My Fair Lady where I played Col. Pickering. OK, not the Rex Harrison part of Henry Higgins, but lots of scenes together. Great fun!
@@RexRoach read the book, saw the movie, loved them both. Would love to see the play! Was the play you were in recorded? Pictures? I’m sure everyone would love to see you. Pickering was an important role. Kind of his conscience in the book? Right? So long ago
@@gmatheny8819 This was probably 1976 or so, so no recordings. Too bad, because the girl who played Eliza was incredible. She was a trained singer with an amazing soprano and looked for all the world like Karen Carpenter.
That's the new thing. It's a Black Magic ATEM Mini Pro switcher. Selects the various cameras and mics. Most of all, it handles all the connection to RUclips. You don't even need a computer to stream. You do need a computer to set it up and make fine tuning adjustments like adding EQ to a mic. You also need a computer for graphics, but I haven't gotten into that part yet.
Sorry I missed the live part. We're old as well, but the range, other than the market, is the only place I've been going. I just want you to know you got me fired up about buying a 3D printer, just reading and learning right now though. Thanks again for sharing your knowledge.
I've been so caught up in this live RUclips streaming, my 3D printing has taken a back seat. Even so, I've printed a number of useful things around the house such as some fancy hanger hooks for wind chimes and small plant baskets on our back porch.
The only new thing is a Black Magic ATEM Mini Pro switcher which selects the cameras and makes the connection to RUclips. It came from Amazon. The cameras, microphones, tripods, etc. I've accumulated in the last ten years or so.
