Aside from seeing Super Saiyan Teen Gohan in Vegeta's dream, this what if story is technically canon in the anime when Vegeta trains hard to become a Super Saiyan for the first time and has a nightmare about it.
The only thing I can think of when Videl asked Piccolo to make her his student was Piccolo rapidly punching and shooting lasers at Videl screaming "DODGE!!!"

Im pretty sure Vegeta acknowledged that Goku wasn't going all out, Goten and Trunks clearly mention the World tournament saga at the start of the battle so Goku must have been able to go SSJ3 if he wanted too...

This game plays somewhat similarly, but has lost quite a bit in the way of gameplay mechanics--less defense/attack options and a limited movement system. That doesn't necessarily mean you won't like it though, beacuse there is quite a bit of new modes over the BT series that will take up your time such as KO attack, Extreme Battle and Arcade.
You wanna know what happens when you get characters that are even shorter than they already are now? You end up with an Oddjob situation like in Goldeneye on the N64. It's not that much of a big issue and again if they made some of em smaller, it'd just be annoying to fight. Especially if you pick a really tall character like Burter.
its a minor detail its not worth whining about and besides if they were to small it would be very hard for taller characters to hit them with anything budokai 3 suffered from this a little but it would be alot worse if they were smaller
I'm kinda tired of seeing always the same problem in all DB games...they never get proportions right...the small characters are too big. If you look at Kid Truns,Goten,Gotenks,Krilin,Kid Gohan or Teen Gohan they are too big compared to the adult guys...it didn't bother me at first but after 3 Budokai Tenkaichi and 2 Rging Blast that should've been fixed...it can´t be so hard.
