I’m not sure what to say here. I had a serious fall on the 9th whole back is badly bruised. Luckily there are no broken bones. Hitting the back of my head has caused a concussion so my balance is off. I’ve had great support Thursday and Friday and am feeling on edge about asking for more today the 11th.

Just recently lost my godmother on Sunday whom I live with and their family is like my family but as her health deteriorated her husband and my father figure abandoned her and me and godsister basically stepped in to help be her caregiver due to limited support from her medical. I'm in AA and every time you say the acronym of F.E.A.R.. I have to giggle a little and the one about "this too shall pass". This is great to hear and it just strengthens what you say. Okay I really need a response from anyone who can tell me. I have had my abilities since I was a child, but I was cut off from it because of family and their religious beliefs. But here just very recently it has been very, very active. I saw a friend, who was ill, I saw this in my mind, actually saw it all that transpired. My friend has confirmed it's happening. Married to a narcissistic for 30 years today is our anniversary. He's incarcerated. I've already told.him it's over don't communicate with me anymore. Been getting my own self back. Even have had people comment I'm better now. Today I'm confused about the pain. Am I really hurting and not facing it? I don't really feel anything. I know I love him but I don't like him either. I miss the good times we had but also know those good times were just a part of him reeling me in. It wasn't real on his part. It has just been a 30 year show that he's orchestrated to get everything he wanted. He's cheated , lied and stolen from me. My heart is heavy . I'm too old to attract anyone else now. I'm alone and that's what I think I'm hurting about. Being alone without ever having that full realm of feeling the emotions of love. I wanted a good man to share my life with since I was little. I cried ever since I was 4 knowing I'd never have someone to really love me. I don't want to sit here and cry in spilled milk. I've made bad choices. I do know myself. I just have to find a path I can travel alone and find some happy somehow.God blessed me alot. Other people think I'm crazy when they look at my life and ask how am I BLESSED when I live on a fixed income and don't have alot. But I do feel blessed. I have material things I want. I don't want much. Love has just been something I want and not having it. Not many friends. Visitors maybe 2 or 3 every once in awhile. But a granddaughter that loves me. Calls me when she needs advice. Makes me feel rich.
