Dear Yasser, I’m really happy with your success in Turkey real estate. There was a time I was considering buying an apartment somewhere in Turkey. Unfortunately the current environment in Turkey is not very friendly towards Arabs Afghan and Pakistani’s and I would not want to live in a country where you’re not welcome. Also for $1 million this apartment is really not big enough or elegant enough. an overpriced piece of real estate in country that is not very welcoming is not an attractive option. But I’m glad things are working out well for you. Wishing you all the best and continued success, my brother, but I think I’ll take my money elsewhere. 😊

But the properties which look like overpriced believe me people are still buying like crazy. Thats why the market is always going up, the inflation is high but the demand is high too. So I can say according to my experience people are always making lot of money from buy and sell business in Turkiye but it is important to choose a right property for investment. I can imagine you might be scared of investing in this country because everything is getting expensive but still I can assure you, your money will not be wasted. I will most likely visit again in a years time. Now that you are in Istanbul I’ll be sure to touch base with you when I visit. That is a very honest comment. Pakistanis are not welcome, especially. It's not at all a business-friendly country. It is a fun country only.
