Most deaths in WoW are because of complacency... You start very careful with lots of internal rules. And because you live and get away with things, you start to cut corners. Bam. You're dead. Stay vigilant, stay alive. Cut corners, you die.
All these deaths are avoidable but they try to push the envelope. Unless you need surgery or to fix a broken bone doctors don't know much. If they push a pill say ok I might take that pill but only if you can tell me, what is the root cause and how can I fix it? Many ailments can be fixed by diet and doctors a) don't know that and b) they (or their business) get money for prescriptions.
poems are definitely countable, even if you limit the context to a single poem - that can still be counted. because it is understood that there are many poems, isolating just one poem doesn't make it uncountable. i'd also argue that 'a poem' is not an abstract concept, because even without identifying what poem you're referring to, it is inferred that 'a poem' is a discrete piece of writing/composition. it has a concrete form, compared to selecting 'poetry' instead which you can easily make the case for it being an abstract concept. 'garbage' is the my favorite twenty questions stumper.
