A “Herdade da Adega Velha” com 66 hectares, fica localizada na região de Évora, integrada numa das mais famosas regiões demarcadas do vinho de todo o Alentejo. Possui uma vinha que ocupa 52,3 hectares de toda a propriedade, sendo que a parte restante, é constituída por 6 hectares de olival tradicional, 2 hectares de culturas arvenses, 1 hectare de pastagens permanentes. Tudo isto, abastecido por duas charcas com capacidade para 10.000 m3 de água. A propriedade possui eletricidade e ótimos acessos.
Quanto a Edifícios, consideramos: 1 casa de habitação (em ruínas) com 110 m2 e 1 casão agrícola com 380 m2, com água, eletricidade e respetivas cadernetas prediais. 1 casa de habitação, tipo “Chalet” também em ruínas.

The vineyard fills 52,3 hectares of the whole property, being that the remaining part, is constituted by 6 hectares of traditional olive grove, 2 hectares of arable crops, 1 hectare of permanent pastures. All this, supplied by two ponds with a capacity for 10,000 m3 of water. The property has electricity and great accesses.
As for Buildings, we consider: 1 dwelling house (in ruins) with 110 m2 and 1 agricultural house with 380 m2, with water, electricity and respective land registers. 1 dwelling house, type 'Chalet' also in ruins.
