For the past couple years, I’ve been out of shape and actively gaining pounds. I keep telling myself I’ll go on a diet and/or start working out but I never truly commit. Not anymore, omw to be fatphobic boys! ✊
Honestly, as someone who is overweight myself, i really don't think that fatphobia really has any genuine meaning. Like, I do think that it's wrong to look at someone and say "ew, you're fat", but looking at someone and encouraging good dietary habits and proper excersize is not bad at all. I, personally, can't loose weight until i get my hormones in check. No amount of excersize or watching what i eat is helping, and it only started acting like this after my menstrual cycle disappeared. I can't say that I'm happy to look like this, but there's nothing i can do until my doctor figures out what's causing my imbalance and gets it fixed.
I've been overweight my whole life. And my whole life I have been HARRASSED for it. I've tried to change my entire life and none of it lasted! Even to the point of surgery. And I still am harassed all the time and have become paranoid of whenever I take a single step outside. I had to go through domestic violence which included food deprivation to lose "enough" weight.
That is awful and I am sorry you have gone through that... But that is also anecdotal and you should never take another persons view of life as your own... That is how hatred is passed on.. I know... I have a deeply patriotic Irish family and are very anti-UK... Thankfully my mother didn't feel that way otherwise she wouldn't have moved here and met my father... She ignored the experience her family had gone through. Domestic violence is something I can relate to having been through it myself. And I am sorry you have. And yes being harassed for how you look is awful... But to play Devil's Advocate... I was bullied to the point of needing counselling at Uni all because I made a joke about a girl... she introduced herself as "Leah or you can call me Princess Leah" and I made what I thought was quite the good star wars/family guy reference "aren't you a little fat to be a princess" ... Needless to say it didn't go down well. I meant nothing by it and didn't even realise she was fuller of body and bust... But I get given grief that borders on racism! Fact is it's up to you how you take it. When someone is vile to me I don't really feel it... My straight white middle class woke friends get far more offended. It's amazing how fast one can pull out an iPhone and post their outrage to Twitter. But tbh I used it a long time ago to fuel me. Let them think it. Who cares! Those people back in school that said all that stuff... They are now min wage, with a child or two they can't afford living on some estate (In the UK that is bad... Like trailer park) meanwhile I've been to uni, gotten my dream job and have had so many experiences. Oh and that said girl ended up causing a massive fight at a party for one of the Uni Society's we were both part of. I didn't witness it but apparently she caused a whole fight and people realised then turned on her. A load of them came apologising and I told them to eff off. Remember those that matter wont mind and those that mind don't matter. Chin up, sweety. Time to be fabulous.

I’m not fat, by any means. I’ve never been that one “fat” kid. But I did have a gut when I was a pre-teen. Genuinely wanted to cut down so I started joining my uncle doing work at 14. Started off with helping him move his stuff to his new house, and worked up to helping him move scaffolding and learning to sandblast. That and my uncle letting me use his home gym every Thursday with my cousins, and I was a lot healthier by the end of 2021, I’m not super slim, I’m not super buff, but I don’t have such a big gut anymore. There’s nothing wrong with being fat, and if you want to stay fat, go ahead. But I really recommend trying to lose weight, you’ll feel a lot healthier once you’ve cut down.
Like Pancho says… There’s nothing wrong with being happy/ confident About yourself, but if it starts to become a Problem with your (both mental & physical) health, Personality, Or just your day-to-day lifestyle You should probably do SOMETHING to help yourself & and those around you Love Yourself, but not to the point where you become like these people❤

Well I think that everyone has some fat but not to that scale. also there is a lot of pressure that you body has to be a certain size and shape so I do respect some of the people feel comfortable in there body. That’s just what I have to say about the matter.
I think this community is good for confidence for the people who have a medical condition and really can’t lose the weight however social media now is promoting both the extremes of super skinny or fat it pushes people to go either way. If you are in the middle you feel pressure to change your weight to be accepted and that aspect needs to change. We need to normalize the spectrum of weights as a whole not just the extreme cases.
I think to each their own. I myself am kind chunky and I am working out now and I have a regiment diet, so I’m trying to better myself. I personally won’t shame people because of their choices but if someone starts to make a change to get from either unhealthy fat or unhealthy skinny to a fit and healthy lifestyle then I will support them one hundred percent and wish them the best.
5:06-5:21 also, you should take care of your mental health. Being too stressed can also cause difficulties if you’re trying to lose weight. You are beautiful, and Poncho is right, it’s okay to not like some aspect of yourself, but your mental health comes first.
Hi I'm one of those chubby viewers and i just want to give encouragement to other people who are considering making a change I myself am currently on the way from 180 kilos down to 120 and I won't stop just yet All I want to say is that you can do almost anything if you believe in yourself and I wish everyone a good night/day
10 pushups morning and night (not too late, u gotta sleep well), 2 minute plank (1 minute if its too hard), 20-30 situps morning and night, and 1km jog/run
For me it seems very surprising that people go on TikTok and embrace that life style, what we call it is a food eating disorder just that those people aren’t bold enough to yet admit it, but it’s a disorder and it’s a very real disorder that people suffer everyday and are trying to get over it.
I have no problem with fat people, and I’m not saying fatphobic people don’t exist, but those are people who in my mind are against being fat or fat people. If you want to be skinny, or fat, and you are willing to give everything you need to to get there, nobody has the right to tell you know. That’s the pursuit of happiness. 1st amendment.
Bro im a medic and firefighter I've already had to deal with a person who was 700 pounds and it took us 12 extra minutes to get him out of the fire and he almost died stay strong
Whether or not being fat is dangerous in a case depends on a lot. For example, i have an aunt who is like 400 pounds, but she runs and goes to the gym everyday, and is anything but lazy, as she has been since literally forever. I can't, however say she eats super healthy, cuz she doesn't. The thing is tho she doesn't have any health issues and and isn't disproportioned (meaning a whole bunch of fat in certain areas compared to others) I also have a younger sister who is fat (shes 8 and nearly 100 lbs, 4 feet tall) and she does NOT have good eating but she DOES exercise like other kids most of the time. Mind you, i have 6 younger siblings, 4 of which are in the same age gap of 3-9 and that are very close, and the others are all just below average weight. I find that the 8 yr old often takes their leftovers and is eating when they are not, because she naturally has fat-girl tendencies. Shes always complaining that a body part hurts or that she doesnt feel like doing anything, to which she abides by and does nothing. THAT'S when it becomes unhealthy
gotta correct ya on one statement: size isn't always something you can change, there are stuff like: 1. being born like it, this one applies to both being skinny and being fat 2. diabetes, You can't really work out when you have that.

I personally don’t get the whole ‘I don’t like working out thing’ just because I’m a rock climber, pre professional ballerina, and I just love working out, makes me so happy. But I do understand sometimes how it’s hard, and it’s totally okay to say ‘I wanna be skinnier’ and work towards it, it builds discipline
I’m fatphobic because I want to live and improve myself and make my life so much better and happier is crazy. Imagine being mad at someone for working out and being insulted by it

I’m an overweight person myself. In my personal experience it is hard for me to lose weight. I eat way healthier than I used to and I exercise way more than I used to, but it’s still hard for me to lose weight. The most significant weight loss I had was when I got my wisdom teeth taken out and I only lost 10 pounds. My doctor even said it could be a little bit genetic. Not everyone can lose weight as fast or as much as others. I know some people who are skinny like a stick and they can eat all the junk food they want and they don’t gain pounds. They don’t exercise either. There’s nothing wrong with body positivity, but if it gets too far it could be dangerous. I do think people shouldn’t assume that if someone is overweight that they are lazy and shouldn’t put overweight people down. We don’t need to hear “Oh you should lose weight.” Instead just support overweight people who are trying to lose weight by exercising with them or something more useful than telling them something they have heard a bunch of times before.
as someone who is a bit on the chonky side myself, seeing these honestly just makes me not want to be like these people and is in a weird way pretty motivational to lose weight
As a fat person with obesity overweight lv.2 i totally agree with this video. Its not about beauty standards but its about the healthy one. With all that fat in my body im difficult to breath with normally even walk. I'm easily getting tired and i hate this. I dont wanna be skinny for fulfill any kind of beauty standards. but its for ME. Being healthy, enjoy the life. And i know its not that easy. It needs more push and consistencvy. thx pancho for the videos. This motivate me a lot
Listen I hate seeing those "what I eat in a day as a fat person" I'm diagnosed with anorexia and that just makes me even MORE self conscious in what I'm eating and it pushes me deeper into my eating disorder, same thing with people who post on tik tok about how to loose weight etc
Haha I do agree. You can't enable others to continue an unhealthy lifestyle. Though for example in my case, I have a medical condition which effects my weight gain but I'm still able to manage a healthy lifestyle :) I feel like the confidence these people have is great but not the message their sending out 👍🏼
I know I sound like a nerd saying this, but fatphobia is a thing, the scientific term is cacomorphobia. But, according to what I looked up, cacomporphobia does not include disliking fat people, it means that you are genuinely afraid of fat people. You're not fat phobic if you don't want to be fat. I'm overweight, and I definitely want that to change. So apparently that means I'm fatphobic? Yeah, makes sense. I can't believe that people are promoting bad lifestyle. I'd honestly rather see skinny people telling me what they eat and shaming on fat people.
So as a thicker woman I find this friggin crazy. Before becoming a mother I didn't give a crap about my weight and was completely fine with being big....but since having a child I have realized it's not okay to be so unhealthy. Being big causes so many health problems. We should NOT be encouraging others to eat like this.
I was fat myself from 8-12. But I lost a lot of weight and I have biceps now and soon abs this summer. Being fat is just unhealthy and makes life harder and you just don't look that good. No offense to the people that are, just work for your goals. You can have 6 months of excuses or 6 months of success.
Like ok i get not wanting to be picked at for being fat but like its not like you cant control it, you can! Im fat myself but im working to get in a better shape, but also keeping chub (im a heavyweight in wrestling so that usually means u are either really jacked or have decent muscle with some chub on top). It honestly pisses me off when someone is like “oh yeah anatomy.” And then get yelled at about how they are “fatphobic.”
Facts: It’s okay to be fat and be confident, but it’s not okay to stay fat and accept your body when you don’t like it or when it’s causing you problems.
Bro, I was fat as fuck as a kid and all the way up until I was 17 and my friends, family and kids in school would always make fat jokes and so did I, I was happy with my body until I realised that in the long run it wouldn’t be good for me so I started working in a warehouse and lost so much weight from the work that I put in (not only at work but in the gym too) and honestly now I feel GREAT but now this bs fat phobia is going around and just honestly makes me question society and the future of our planet, if it isn’t fat people being told they look “amazing” (🤮) and trans people trying to convince us that their biological females when they’re men it just really has me worried about the future of our world…
My mum didn't want me eating McDonalds anymore, so she kept a french fry in a ziplock bag to show me how they don't decompose. After 6 years, it still looks edible (not exaggerating), and I haven't eaten McDonalds since.
I don't hate fat people but who in the right mind takes pride in being fat its just an unhealthy and depressing life style.I was once kinda fat not even fat i was a Healthy Kid and people would taunt me nothing as crazy as bullying but close.
bro im just scared that if people try to make being fat a "new normal" and try to make people accept being fat is a good thing, we'd become that human civilization from Wall-E
If you search up the definition of fatphobic the word pertains to the individual not wanting to become fat or morbidly obese. In some cases this may also be applicable to other individuals who are fat, but now social media and other influences on the internet use it to shame individuals who are healthy or muscular because they see it as an insult to their way of living and don't feel like changing.
Im a bit chubby but want to lose some weight- Ive recently started talking with my friend (who is a personal trainer) about good routines to help me lose weight (my goal is 20 pounds in 90 days. Im starting soon pls wish me luck!!) As long as you are working to improve yourself, its alright to try to accept your body.
"I saw my life flashing before my eyes...a lot of fast food in that life and seeing that flash makes me hungry again. Quick, shock my heart again doctor...fries don't reheat."
Im fat , but seeing those people talking about how u should be accepting how u look . I know im fat and im working towards losing weight . I hate these people .
Some people have really bad weight problems and are trying to loose weight, so to start calling it good to be fat and saying that everyone should be fat or else they are racist how about those people talk to a person where there fatness is ruining there lives.
My 170 lb girlfriend thinks that she is fat. I told her that she isn't fat, but thicc. But in reality she really isn't fat. She's only slightly above average for her age. I told her that she doesn't weigh over 3,600 lb therefore she isn't fat. Because nobody does.
Brought the fact that she compared being fat to being black, or even comparing the two to being related just pisses me off the OG. Africans were never fat we were fit toned people not her trying to call us fat.
I'm not exactly skinny or anything and some people just don't put much weight on where as some people can put more then others and apparently body type can change how difficult it is to lose weight or gain muscle

as someone who is a bit on the chonky side myself, seeing these honestly just makes me not want to be like these people and is in a weird way pretty motivational to lose weight
Some issues are, is some people actually can’t control it. Sometimes it’s an health issue that doesn’t allow them to loose weight.
Listen I hate seeing those "what I eat in a day as a fat person" I'm diagnosed with anorexia and that just makes me even MORE self conscious in what I'm eating and it pushes me deeper into my eating disorder, same thing with people who post on tik tok about how to loose weight etc
its funny how they never seem to cook, they just order fastfood
cuz they’re lazy
Low key the sound at the end scared the hell outta me.
Working out is actually comfy for me🤣 it’s a rare case fs
This is a great example of how being overweight affects your emotions. It makes people get triggered sad or offended by people actually trying to help
I definitely agree with Pancho this is promoting food adidiction
Random reminder. Fatphobic isn't an insult
The COD zombie in the end is killing me of laughter
So as a thicker woman I find this friggin crazy. Before becoming a mother I didn't give a crap about my weight and was completely fine with being big....but since having a child I have realized it's not okay to be so unhealthy. Being big causes so many health problems. We should NOT be encouraging others to eat like this.
The fat positivity movement is the only movement that has no movement.
if im “fatphobic” for them im proud of it
As a overweight person, I completely agree with every single video that I see that's similar to this
I was fat myself from 8-12. But I lost a lot of weight and I have biceps now and soon abs this summer. Being fat is just unhealthy and makes life harder and you just don't look that good. No offense to the people that are, just work for your goals. You can have 6 months of excuses or 6 months of success.
im fat and im in the proces of losing weight but when im with friends i tend to make jokes about me being overwheight
This thumbnail looks like my first grade teacher when i accidently roasted her too hard.
as a female who works out, being "fatphobic" feels amazing.
Facts:
It’s okay to be fat and be confident, but it’s not okay to stay fat and accept your body when you don’t like it or when it’s causing you problems.
Bro, I was fat as fuck as a kid and all the way up until I was 17 and my friends, family and kids in school would always make fat jokes and so did I, I was happy with my body until I realised that in the long run it wouldn’t be good for me so I started working in a warehouse and lost so much weight from the work that I put in (not only at work but in the gym too) and honestly now I feel GREAT but now this bs fat phobia is going around and just honestly makes me question society and the future of our planet, if it isn’t fat people being told they look “amazing” (🤮) and trans people trying to convince us that their biological females when they’re men it just really has me worried about the future of our world…
i got called fat from my sisters and my so called friends so now im trying to lost weight but i only wanna lose about 10 pounds
Like, it’s ok to be whatever weight as long as you stay HEALTHY
My mum didn't want me eating McDonalds anymore, so she kept a french fry in a ziplock bag to show me how they don't decompose. After 6 years, it still looks edible (not exaggerating), and I haven't eaten McDonalds since.
There’s nothing more powerful than a fat person sitting on you. Talk about taking my breath away.
Every 7yo gonna be like *hey timmy you want a tic tac?' 'Yoy mean our lord and savoir, tic tok?
Bro the Phonk intro was a BOP
I don't hate fat people but who in the right mind takes pride in being fat its just an unhealthy and depressing life style.I was once kinda fat not even fat i was a Healthy Kid and people would taunt me nothing as crazy as bullying but close.
bro im just scared that if people try to make being fat a "new normal" and try to make people accept being fat is a good thing, we'd become that human civilization from Wall-E
Her confident ends when she have to choose the size of a door to her house
I mean I feel like these days panchos just way chillier and I love that in him good for him
If you search up the definition of fatphobic the word pertains to the individual not wanting to become fat or morbidly obese. In some cases this may also be applicable to other individuals who are fat, but now social media and other influences on the internet use it to shame individuals who are healthy or muscular because they see it as an insult to their way of living and don't feel like changing.
Pancho one of the only sane people on RUclips.
"Yo how'd you know I'm fatphobic?" 💪😤💪😎
As a fat person I’m turning fat phobic by the second 😎
I feel like you are explaining things everyone should understand.
Almost everyone: talking about fat stuff
Me: what’s that song at the beginning
"I saw my life flashing before my eyes...a lot of fast food in that life and seeing that flash makes me hungry again. Quick, shock my heart again doctor...fries don't reheat."
Im fat , but seeing those people talking about how u should be accepting how u look .
I know im fat and im working towards losing weight . I hate these people .
Some people have really bad weight problems and are trying to loose weight, so to start calling it good to be fat and saying that everyone should be fat or else they are racist how about those people talk to a person where there fatness is ruining there lives.
Dang panchy be spitting facts
How come nobody mentions how a fear of being fat is actually a good thing
I have not had a mcdonalds in 1 year.
