nice idea the doctor built something marvelous but i have seen somethings that need immediate attention like roads(signages, speed limits, markings and the wide is not enough), security wise that's a well establish estate by now he would be thinking of installing area cameras , fire systems all directly connected to the main control center at the police. police station needs housekeeping, such kind of bulletins and posters with mask tape don't need to be there, documentation is lacking as well. also another point to note , some people don't like to see guns advise the police officer to keep away his gun and they also need to dress smartly and professional during working hours.
And another thing in our country we have Dostricts, Municipality cities, Urban cities, Town Council cities, Villages, Fruits and Food, we can name Roads with our own stuff instead of USA's cities or Europe we should be proud of our country but not where we went for studies or green pastures.
