The whole eurorack compatibility thing is a stroke of genius and turns this from “huh.. that’s a cool little desktop unit” to “OMG I need to pluck this from its case to mount in my eurorack system!” I hope this is the first of many in this format 🤞

I preordered this pretty much the day they announced it just over a year ago and have been chomping at the bit to get my hands on it ever since. Got my "order" email yesterday and I'm giddy.
When Oz took over I heard "BOY!" as The Tall Man came into the white room and inter dimensional dwarves started coming through the tuning folk gate!!! >starts manically looking around for flying chrome death spheres
So... literally no gate/trig for external CV control? I suppose that's what an additional (external) envelope generator is for but would have been nice for this to be fully standalone and more controllable. Apologies if I'm not making sense, I'm still learning these setups.
Me too. I know it can take CV pitch voltages into the oscillators. There was a reset input for a LFO as well I believe and I assumed you might be able to feed that gate signals to reset it if you're running a slow rate. I ordered an SQ-1 with mine so I could play with CV inputs at a later date.
Does anyone know if the pitch tracks 1v/oct? I see posibilities by running the gate signal in the lfo reset to use it as normal device if it tracks 1v/oct
Spice is a way more complicated machine. Not the easiest synthesis to wrap your head around. A lot of people will be disappointed with Spice, after they don’t get something out of it like in the more impressive Subharmonicon videos on yt.
You look like the guy out of the 2 piece rock band,they I think did Glastonbury last minute,, I'm 50 odd memories are more disappointing the reality, any way I've just ordered this to go with my system 100 and ARP 2500 , let's see what happens 🙂
