    How about pursuing the smaller cases that hugely impact people then.

    Sadly the ADA is grossly overwhelmed with cases and doesn't have the manpower or funding to investigate large numbers of cases. In some instances they are facing massive multi-billion dollar companies who stonewall, and often destroy evidence that implicates their illegal discrimination. They will claim they have no record of receiving doctors orders with accommodation documents and employee timesheets proving that they were consistently withholding all breaks Lunch or the federal law mandated 2 15min breaks for a 8+ hour work day.

    Sadly I don’t think the enforce the ADA either due to gross incompetence or deliberate towards invisable ADA complaints, or requests for simple assistance as I need every now and then. It’s laughable if it was not happening to me.
