kronii already saw it with Moona and Sana after finishing Sana tower. I think both still have their spawn set on ID as they wanted to explore further but had to finish streaming. Ollie designs most of ID outdoor decorations and Risu built an entire island to be a district of its own (plus built a flying one near tower as a bonus). Sadly she's currently on break due to IRL business in the past several days so she missed all the opening portal events.
ID viewers called Risu as NPC #2 before Kaela joined because there's a point where anytime ID member logged in Risu is already in game, but at the point where Kaela joined Risu already built most of things she wants to build so yeah, I guess the NPC baton has been passed.
