Dude, this band is dope, but how did the audio suffer so bad with such a high end production? This sounds like balls. I've made better live recordings on a korgd1600 from 2002.
Kevin Wildberger seems to be sounding good on the recording. he has a very loud voice , if he sings directly in the mic it could cause feedback. you douche lol
Absolutely , i'm sure they have their own sound engineer now who puts up with it .. i completely get why some singers will edge back off the mic in some circumstances but never put your fingers near the fucking grill!! i love this band, the musicians are all outstanding and incredibly talented .. but you can definitely tell from their live videos that his vocal is heavily compressed to iron out the gain.. and as a sound engineer trying to sit a nice vocal level on top of this music isnt always easy.... especially live!!! this video also annoys me that they could of got the van closer to the loading dock instead of carrying the gear :D rant over.. great sound!!!

Everything was dope but whoever eqd their set they put too much on the drums and the other mic is picking it up too so it just makes it sound horrible
You need a better audio setup....try an SVS sub.
