I feel like there was a missed opportunity to add a secret basement! One for just them to play in and relive their reality show days haha but would definitely be down for a goth wedding venue!!

You should do a build for every contestant from Reality House. You could do tiny homes if its a lot, but you could also tie it in with "the perfect farm house" "the perfect witch house" "the perfect bachelor house" etc.
I screamed at 13:53 when Syd mentioned that she put the message in the bottle, because I remembered that it referenced when Rain sent Grayson the love poem/letter in the reality series❤

As someone who has lived in a multitude of living situations... two bathrooms. You want TWO bathrooms. You don't want to have to wait for toilet access or be remotely responsible for cleaning up after your partner in the bathroom. If you have two bathrooms, you each get your own and it works out well. 10/10 on the tub!!! 1. it adds to resale value and 2. its just good self-care... plus you have a dog.
@@sydmac I feel you!!! The only way I am ever living with anyone, ever, is with 2 bathrooms. I once shared 1 bathroom amongst 4 working adults. No. Thank you. Never again. And don’t get trapped by a cute flip. Good bones is what matters. You can work around an ugly carpet or strange cabinet color… but changing the layout is hard and replacing plumbing/electric/roof is PRICY! Vet your inspector thoroughly, go with them when they inspect, and never buy a house without an inspection. And remember, not all inspectors can do all things. You may need a specialist for inspecting a fireplace & chimney or a specialist for a pool. And goodness, if there are lots of trees on the property, consult an arborist too! The $$ my brother ended up having to pay to remove trees or trim trees just to get a decent quote on home owners insurance… UGH! Best of luck in your search! It’s a hard road but can be SO WORTH IT! Oh! You should build your realistic dream home AND your fantasy dream home in the Sims!!!
