NickOnBoard Technical Difficulties (March 17, 2023)

Was on a Carnival cruise flipping channels while I was resting, having just got back from one of the ports of call, when I noticed no audio or screenbug during an episode of "Blue's Clues". It wasn't a TV issue as I show in the video by flipping it to Cartoon Network for a few seconds. Still have no idea what happened here, but I grabbed my camera when I confirmed it wasnt an issue on my end.
