I have used these machines and the ordering happening over the internet makes it very slow. Each item from order to delivery time is around 2 mins on average while it is 20-30 seconds abroad. These machines are also dependant on internet coverage for both machines and consumer. These are good when nothing else but the experience is not encouraging. It should not ask to download app. Only payment should be via phone/card. Rest all should be via the order console on the machine itself.

I don't want to download app... If you have a screen on the device itself. Why can't you add payment system inside the machine itself.
