I think this mission was about armored recon, deep striking the grad units and retreating when counterattacked. Didn't expect a frontal assault, and on hard mode at that!
I love the brainfart in the second half of the video where Stealth, upon seeing his zones get capped one by one, decides to send his logi train unescorted right in the direction of the sector being capped at the time, then being surprised when the column gets mugged xD Do love that you're continuing to cover Regiments regardless! Something to note as well about infantry. If you set them to just attack-move, they will stop and shoot as soon as they come within range of their longest-range weapon - an IFV's atgm or autocannon, or just their machineguns. This means that they almost never will stop close enough to use infantry AT or rifles, which makes the fight take a lot longer. It's often worthwhile to micromanage them closer, especially since as long as a platoon is dismounted *every* weapon including all forms of AT can fire on the move
Remember always that colourblindness is a cruel mistress, and not enough games have a colourblind setting to make this sort of thing easier. Now iirc Stealth has RG colourblindness, but even as someone with ADHD, accessivility options like high contrast modes, colourblindness options, and dyslexia friendly fonts are a godsend for my ability to play games. I can only imagine how much harder it is to pay attention while also recording and being entertaining.
Another cool video. Btw, if you click on the “operation log” tab besides “stages”, you get some lore and briefings on your mission each stage. For example, the briefing for “Raid” says that your objective for this stage was destroying a Grad battalion.
it´s not "lutsch" or something like it,just "luks";) if it helps, you can spell it like "looks" (from the word "look") if you want to sound more german to your german troops. the "u" in luchs is not a 100% "u"^^ fells like someone wanted to say "u" and half the way got out of breath. found this channel through wargame red dragon,so if i have to write a comment, ofc i have to ask for more videos like this,so please do it;) EDIT: 15:46 min see,if you dont think about it you got it right:D

Panzer Aufklarer is an armoured recon unit. Not meant for stand-up toe-to-toe fights without lots of close air support.

Not my best moment.

Yeah, if you have those sorts of problems then that blunder becomes a lot more understandable
Good to see you posting again Stealth cheers mate
Thanks :)
Man I love regiments, I love that it allows you to modify your deck to you tactical needs and play style

Yeah I forgot about those
Thanks for the video, recognised a fellow Dutchman, when you were happy about taking the swamp.
Hey stealth, the key to winning battles in regiments, is to use a lot of artillery and mortars
Artillery plows. Armor advances. Infantry holds.
I know this is a night combat map but man that is dark.
It's odd that Leopard 2s have problems with T-55s. Leopards (even a mk1) should plow through T-55s.
repair your troops with OA before buying new stuff (red "plus")
Yeah I forgot about that. Doing that in the next videos.
