E Minor, then two diminished chords that I am not for sure what the names of them are but its top string (E) 5th fret, 2nd string (A) 5th Fret, then 3rd string (D) 4th fret, then you strum all strings, take that same position for the second chord. Starting on top string 3rd fret, so 3rd fret top string, second string 3rd fret, 3rd string 2nd fret. Then its just the rhythm of the song.
I honestly don't know exactly how to word it out, I play just to the down beat of the snare in the song, so strum down on every snare, everything else is up and down in between.
