Squirrel Girl's entire concept is that they are able to defeat the strongest Marvel villains such as Dr.Doom, Thanos and Galactus(usually offscreen). So its become a running gag that Squirrel Girl of all people is extremely powerful and villains are afraid of her.
Fun fact, Lego Batman was in development before Lego Indiana Jones, so more than likely, the enemy butler is a rip-off of Alfred. Alfred also had a Lego minifgure that was in a 2006 set that looks just like he does in Lego Batman 1, again showing that Alfred is most likely not the rip-off.
Squirrel girl is actually really good in the games, I thought that squirrel summoning thing was useless to but you need to try it around a bunch of enemies first. She is a monster

Took me ages to figure out that the "squirrel summon" (and ant summon for Ant-Man) are actually attacks that only trigger when enemies are around, since you mostly test them out in the overworld
Jar Jar Binks in The Complete Saga on the DS was by far the most powerful character as he allowed you to infinitely jump by also shooting inbetween jumps, allowing you to often skip an entire level

Funny thing about Jar Jar- he was useful in the first GBA Lego Star Wars- he had an attack there! They were called Gungan Grenades and only worked on droids, but most of the enemies were droids anyway
I'm glad we had civilians because me and my cousin played a hide and seek game a while back where we'd disguise ourselves as civilians in the hub worlds, literally the most fun I've had.
I actually like Mr Dna from Lego Jurassic World. He has the majority of all the abilities from characters throughout the game. He can throw objects, use agility poles, dig through dino droppings, track stuff and can use both Jurassic Park and Jurassic World panels. Sure, he's expensive but he's a pretty good character if you don't want to continously swap through other characters in free play mode.
I really didn't like Lego move 2 videogame. I absolutely LOVED the Lego movie videogame and I was so excited to play the second one but when I realized it was a Lego worlds concept I was just disappointed. I had a rough experience with Lego worlds, it was quite fun during the beta but I didn't like the implementation of a story in the final release. I like Lego games being more linear and having an actual end goal, Lego movie 2 didn't. I spent hours opening chests, buying new characters and finding new weapons and it really just felt like I was playing Lego worlds with a different storyline. they didn't even update the way the build your own stuff part worked. I'd spend like half an hour trying to line up two houses just for then to be 3 studs off and look horrible. overall a thumbs down form me and by far my least favorite Lego game, I hope they don't make another game with that concept.
Tbh I really expected Gonk Droid from LEGO Star Wars to be on the list as it cant attack or move and as it is incredibly slow. Ironically that is the exact reason why I loved that character so much.
I can definitely agree that Voldemort is a super disappointing character in 1-4. At least with 5-7 you can unlock him without any troubles, and have an actual reason to use him. But by the time you get him in 1-4, you've already done everything and there's nothing unique about him. Not that there's anything unique for him in 5-7, either. The main issue with Voldemort in 5-7 is you can even more easily obtain Bellatrix.
And Bellatrix is so much cheaper. The only thing individual is he is both dark and a parseltongue but you get Harry from day 1 and dark characters aren’t too hard to find

Not only is his anatomy way different than any other character, and he's not a human like everyone else but he also has a lot of abilities. Which makes him quite versatile. I also quite like the living totem because hes incredibly dynamic and interesting, I've probably played him more than over half of the characters in that game, and considering that my main is right next to him on the character select screen, but also plays exactly the same as him, that's saying something. I definitely agree with a voldemort from the 1st Harry Potter I fucking hate him in that game. Sure beating the entire game just to get him is annoying enough, but you also have to consider the fact that Harry Potter is infamous for having a lot of gold bricks that can just never be obtainable due to glitches like the ones in the clock tower or in hagrid's backyard. I've played this game so many times and to this day I've still never been able to beat it, just recently I played the switch bundle with the 1st and 2nd game and I still couldn't beat the game.
Robin has my favorite suit in Lego Batman 1, though. Then again, I could also just be Nightwing but that's kind of redundant since player 2 always defaults to Robin in the hero missions and you can't change that when you have no friends to play with.

Yeah, I really liked playing as Robin. I thought his attract suit and water suit were fun to play with, and the magnet and tech suits were fine. On the other hand, I liked Batman's detonation suit and sonic suit, but the glide suit felt comparatively uninteresting, and the heat suit literally got used in one level in the game.

Squirrel girl slaps when she covers herself in squirrels of there are normal enemies nearby it’s an insta kill and they buffed her a lot in LEGO marvel 2
Fun fact: squirrel girl (at least in the lmsh 1 not sure on the rest) has that charged ability that you mentioned, and what it really excels at is at destroying A LOT of goons around. So when you are about to get circled by a lot of bad guys charge it and all of them will be covered in squirrels and die. Ngl is a bit op in a way and super fun to use (so I wouldn't have it on this list)
I'm surprised that Marty McFly in LEGO Dimensions isn't on here. His only ability is sonar smash, which is shared by tons of more useful characters. This ultimately means that the Back To The Future level pack is only needed to complete the level, as Marty isn't even useful in the sense that he has the DeLorean Time Machine, seeing as how Doc Brown has the Time Travel Train. If there's any character who deserves to be on a list like this, it's Marty.
Personally I'd put Nightwing instead of Robin. One is guaranteed from the moment you open up the game, the other you have to buy from the menu, and they do the exact same thing. Also why is Hush not here? You have to 100% the game, and all you get is a gun.
Honestly, I think Davy Jones from PotC is pretty useless. Unlike Black Beard who has his own ability, Jones doesn't have anytjing specific that we had before
The mini balrog was acctually very accurate as the balrog in the book had no wings and was depicted with smoke and darkness looking like wings and in later iterations he was given vestigial wings. So it may not be as fun but it is more accurate to the source material.

Pretty much everyone in Lego Harry Potter is filler. You only need six characters to do everything: Dumbledore, Harry, Voldemort, Fang, a goblin and a character that summons a animal or something to go through tubes.

I would've gone for Marty McFly from Dimensions. Yeah sure he gives you a level pack, but his only ability is Sonar Smash, an ability you unlock in the base game through the batmobile. Unless you really care about his level, you're better off buying the Doc Brown fun pack, as not only does he have more abilities that aren't base game, but his time travelling train does the same things the DeLorean does

Squirrel Girl has actually beaten Fing Fang Foom the giant dragon but I really like her Hulkbuster costume in Lego Avengers.

Fun fact: squirrel girl (at least in the lmsh 1 not sure on the rest) has that charged ability that you mentioned, and what it really excels at is at destroying A LOT of goons around. So when you are about to get circled by a lot of bad guys charge it and all of them will be covered in squirrels and die. Ngl is a bit op in a way and super fun to use (so I wouldn't have it on this list)
I'm surprised that Marty McFly in LEGO Dimensions isn't on here. His only ability is sonar smash, which is shared by tons of more useful characters. This ultimately means that the Back To The Future level pack is only needed to complete the level, as Marty isn't even useful in the sense that he has the DeLorean Time Machine, seeing as how Doc Brown has the Time Travel Train. If there's any character who deserves to be on a list like this, it's Marty.
Personally I'd put Nightwing instead of Robin. One is guaranteed from the moment you open up the game, the other you have to buy from the menu, and they do the exact same thing.
Also why is Hush not here? You have to 100% the game, and all you get is a gun.

Honestly, I think Davy Jones from PotC is pretty useless. Unlike Black Beard who has his own ability, Jones doesn't have anytjing specific that we had before
The mini balrog was acctually very accurate as the balrog in the book had no wings and was depicted with smoke and darkness looking like wings and in later iterations he was given vestigial wings. So it may not be as fun but it is more accurate to the source material.

Pretty much everyone in Lego Harry Potter is filler. You only need six characters to do everything: Dumbledore, Harry, Voldemort, Fang, a goblin and a character that summons a animal or something to go through tubes.

Silver Surfer and Absorbing Man in LEGO Marvel and Green Lantern in LEGO Batman 2 were very disappointing to me.
I quite enjoyed this video but it’s a little disappointing that Kang from Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2 wasn’t included. I mean he’s the final boss fight and can only run, jump, attack, and shoot.

I would've gone for Marty McFly from Dimensions. Yeah sure he gives you a level pack, but his only ability is Sonar Smash, an ability you unlock in the base game through the batmobile. Unless you really care about his level, you're better off buying the Doc Brown fun pack, as not only does he have more abilities that aren't base game, but his time travelling train does the same things the DeLorean does
