I think the original name of phase 3 was "Pathological Flesh-eating in the Spotlight" or something like that. "Pathological" is obviously a nod to "Pathological Rampage," the phase 3 theme for Dusttale Last Genocide. "Flesh-eating" is a nod to Horror!Sans, how he likes to eat human flesh. Finally, "in the Spotlight" is obviously a nod to "Slaughter in the Spotlight," the 3rd phase theme for Dustswap: Dusttrust, now renewed to Underswap: Thantos. But the "Concert of Mayhem" great sounds great too!
