Unreal Engine 5 revolutionized everything, from textures, lighting and animation. Unfortunately, that comes with it's demerits...suddenly, everyone thinks they're a "video game developer" and we end up with this hyperstylized mess of a game with no substance, bad gameplay and just "good" visuals. Also, blood spurting out from the head of a robot?? Come on. These "video game developers" are polluting the indie game space which was the only place where you could find amazing and unique games but alas....
Looks interesting but they gotta relax on the flares. It's way too much. During the shootout i can barely see the enemy in front cause the flares are going crazy
Well it looks much more promising than 2 or 3 years ago (scenes at 3:53) but it's still the same developer from Past Cure which was a gameplay disaster. So all we can see is interesting graphics but what about the (open?) world? Will it be lifeless, are there reasons to explore the world, will it be just a facade like Mafia 1 where it's just a place to get from point A to point B? Well but the story and the world looks really nice, that at least is one positive thing I can say. The rest is just way to vague to make a picture out of it. There needs to be a reel with all the features this game envelops.
It looks like it copied many effects or game mechanics but doesn't feel rounded and doesn't really excite me. If it's supposed to be soulless they nailed it.
Gunplay at 7:38 and on look terrible, even with gunplay he didn't kill much with gun, but rather with finishers. And took *a lot of bullets* in his body.
The visual design looks decent if a bit generic but holy hell is that narration awful. Did they grab some random guy off the street, gave him a mic and then used the first take?

That’s the nature of the dragon. For every 1000 indie games uploaded to steam you’ll get 1 or 2 gems.

I am probably one of the few that bought Past Cure ,..it was a decent game but definitely lower budget ,..didn't know the studio is making this
