A lot of people think acting is easy but the scene really shows that it isn't. You are literally putting yourself in the shoes of someone else and feeling what they're feeling. It was such an amazing scene and watching the BTS of this made it even better. I used to act and had a breakdown scene. It really does mess with your emotions when you do it and normal people can't just switch it off. This entire cast is amazing.
The moment she calls herself "a disturbance" in his life, and apologizes for embarrassing him, and causing him so many problems, makes me sad. In essence, she realizes that she has only given him annoyance and problems. If a person perceives that it was just a disturbance in your life, she probably did not understand that you loved her, that the rest did not matter that you are happy that however it went she entered your life. The problem with her that she probably never believed he loved her, this is the real problem for me, otherwise she wouldn't have had this feeling

Have just re-watched this episode again. This episode got me crying & crying at the scenes where Ling Rui recalled the times when he's alone in the apartment missing her, and when Fangning packing up to leave him. And yet, I felt my heart fluttered at the scene when Ling Rui told her about him trying to look for her after he came back from Germany, to start their relationship again & their kissing...so happy for them❤️💜❤️
I cried so much this episode. For the longest time I was hesitating watching this drama despite loving Gong Jun because I hate the whole separation storyline especially one such as this with a 6 year time gap where she hides her son from him. It was completely un-necessary (especially since she just could have gone to Germany with him or at least not gone on this long). But the show had high ratings apart from everyone hating on the time jump and I also saw fmvs for the second lead couple that I loved and decided to finally watch it. And I am so glad I did. I really wasn't sure how they were going to pull it off without me hating someone but somehow they did. This is probably one of the best sacrifice for love/time jump storylines I have seen. They kept it light most of the time but when the emotional parts came they truly got inside your heart and made you feel everyone's feelings and emotions. Hats off to all the actors especially ZYT for making me love her character despite making bad decisions I normally end up hating characters for. I still think it was un-necessary but I love how they didn't just brush it off either but really showed the effect on everyone of that one decision, even including the mom feeling guilty about going to talk to ZYT about the Germany thing. Truly beautifully done.
Both Simon and Tangping ain't bad after all 🤸🤸🤸, I like them too, because they were fighting for something but realized they couldn't get it and they focus.... nice one 👍👍

I feel broken because of those painful flashbacks. Both Lu Fangning Ang Ling Rui suffered a lot. Leaving someone you truly love is painful same as to be left behind. It feels like something in you is missing and it's hard to replace that missing piece. During that six years being apart, I know it hurts deeply.

I cried so much this episode. For the longest time I was hesitating watching this drama despite loving Gong Jun because I hate the whole separation storyline especially one such as this with a 6 year time gap where she hides her son from him. It was completely un-necessary (especially since she just could have gone to Germany with him or at least not gone on this long). But the show had high ratings apart from everyone hating on the time jump and I also saw fmvs for the second lead couple that I loved and decided to finally watch it. And I am so glad I did. I really wasn't sure how they were going to pull it off without me hating someone but somehow they did. This is probably one of the best sacrifice for love/time jump storylines I have seen. They kept it light most of the time but when the emotional parts came they truly got inside your heart and made you feel everyone's feelings and emotions. Hats off to all the actors especially ZYT for making me love her character despite making bad decisions I normally end up hating characters for. I still think it was un-necessary but I love how they didn't just brush it off either but really showed the effect on everyone of that one decision, even including the mom feeling guilty about going to talk to ZYT about the Germany thing. Truly beautifully done.

I read a lot of comments dissing the FL ..but i see it as ..a lot of male leads behave arbitratorily and get away with it ... because it's a female doing it I think people are a bit more harsh...but real people DO do that... strong personalities always believe they are making the right decisions for others ...
3..as for "taking her back" ..in his heart he never left ..and he understands..she's didn't lead her life her way for the longest time ..the guilt and facade has taken over her life since she was 18yrs old ..and she accepts all her mistakes ..this makes it hard for her believe she is lovable!

Gong Jun should have this kind of drama. It feels weird if I watch him in like school or teenager drama type.. his holding back his acting.. in this drama begin again he give all his best I guess it matches of his age and of course so manly.. I hope he consider doing drama that match his acting level skills and not partnering with young female leads.. just my opinion coz I watch all his drama and this one suits him more when it comes in acting..

I feel broken because of those painful flashbacks. Both Lu Fangning Ang Ling Rui suffered a lot. Leaving someone you truly love is painful same as to be left behind. It feels like something in you is missing and it's hard to replace that missing piece. During that six years being apart, I know it hurts deeply.
Love how he remembered his destroyed selfes ,tge yet thought of his wife feeling before separation ,the meaning of empathy and pure love ,all of thrm made decisions for him
