- Prince Sir discussed on the RE NEET hearing on 8th July and the paper leak in many states like Bihar and on the latest updates on recent PIL (Public Interest Litigation) filed by students regarding the NEET 2024 exam.
PILs are typically filed in courts to address issues of public interest, and in this case, students might have raised concerns or objections related to the conduct or necessity of the NEET exam for 2024. These PILs often highlight issues such as fairness, transparency, or the impact of the exam on students' lives.
The NEET-UG exam which was conducted on May 5 and saw the participation of more than 24 lakh candidates, has recently stirred a controversy after the results were declared.
The results of the exam were scheduled to be released on June 14 but were instead released 10 days earlier on June 4.
Acknowledging the concern raised by the aspirants and parents to cancel the NEET UG 2024 results, the Supreme Court has issued notice to the NTA demanding a response to justify their standpoint. The next hearing date for NEET Controversy and Re-NEET 2024 is scheduled for July 8, 2024.
A bench comprising Justice Vikram Nath and Justice Ahasanuddin Amanullah is leading the case to ensure a fair and just medical career for over 25 lakh aspirants who appeared for the NEET examination on May 5, 2024.

In 80s UPCPMT was conducted by newly stablished Jaunpur University. Candidates securing 100% marks exceeded the total nemver of seats. It came in news papers information was verified by the Government of UP and in 4 to 5 days and the examination was cancelled follwing by investigations. Reexam was reconducted by Barielly University.
If UP government could do it what stops Government of India in taking this step.

Re neet is the only justice for honest students. Agar Imandar student ho to re neet se kyo darte ho.
Every one is asking for no reneet due to their selfish reasons. They are not even considering the rank inflation has affected all the students between 500-650 it is not only about mbbs but bds bams students too. Students above 650 are less than 30000 in number yet they don't want fair opportunity for other students. Even 500 score is not less. An avg. Student might have given equal or even more effort than a genius student who scored 720. Is it not unjustice to them?
Reneet is the only solution, I have scored 625 myself which is enough to get a seat in Maharashtra in my own city yet I'm appealing for reneet because it is justice. And every student who has 650+ can score great marks once again if they are actually deserving
