It's the politics that is the problem. How many deceptive articles have I read online trying to trick one to read women's football articles? Too many. They are promoted out of proportion to the audience they draw. They are over-represented and over-paid in many instances. It's just another device to artificially engineer society. Nothing more. A group of local older men (one in his 60s) started up a weekly soccer game in the park for health reasons. Most never played before. Most could not even run in the early games and just walked. After 2 years the old men were running and passing and almost looked like they knew what they were doing 😋 Anyway they were noticed by a woman from a local u-20s women's league, she asked if the old guys were willing to practice with her team. It was agreed, and it was on. The guys were sure they would be no match for the women, fat bellied old men with no training against young fit athletes. However surprisingly the women never won (in fact they were thrashed in the early games). The women loved practicing against the old guys, said it was the best training ever. Unfortunately the guys were kinda old and tired and after season 3 the numbers started going down and the weekly game petered out.

They play with an intensity the men lack. The men will go full speed for a second or two, the women just go full speed. I like them both.

I used to think women's football was about boys U15 level. Now I'm sure I overestimated them.
There are many U15 boys teams that have thrashed senior international women's teams. It happened to the USA, Sweden, Portugal, Italy, and Australia. Imagine these boys when the wage gap fight broke out, knowing they were better than the women's reigning world champion team, but they get nothing. Women's sports are not very good in the majority of instances. It's always inferior to men. Always.

To put it mildly, men's soccer also has huge flaws/mistakes. And in women's soccer (as in this video) there are some pretty nice/lucky moves. But no matter how many feminists try to explain to everyone, that women's soccer is on the same level as men's soccer. This is not true. The tempo is slower, the shots are weaker, the passing distance and accuracy are lower. There are more mistakes, the teams are less used to each other, there is no chemistry between the players (because I did not see anywhere in this video that the team members know each other's every move, that they know where the other will be at this time and/or at that time).
Men's soccer is not as exciting for me as it was between, say, 2006-2012. But women's soccer needs to improve a lot to even be considered to be mentioned on the same page as men's soccer. Or in the same chapter.

I'm ok with woman playing competitive football, but artificially trying to give the impression that their competition is on the same level as man football, specially through media and "sponsored sponsors", is fairly corrupt and unfair.

They are missing the jump strength. It isn’t really their height, I was a very small goalie too. All my teammates were 15 cm bigger than me. But I was very good in jumping. I won the high and long jumping tournament in my school many years in a row. They can’t just jump as far as they need to. That’s the problem, so smaller goals would be helpful. But if you make the field smaller, then the effect wouldn’t make a difference. The field has to be the same then.
Take more time doing their makeup than playing the match.comedy gold.

What surprises is woman’s top level basketball is entertaining to watch, and they play with a close to violent passion. And European handball the same. Reduced distance negates the strength and speed requirement. But only playing with their own sex of course. But football is not a good fit, the handful of skilled girls have the woman’s competition on a string.

You could easily make a video like this about men's football.
But it wouldn't probably be possible with so few matches, in so important competitions. Majority of this moments were recorded during the most important woman football competitions, during the past 2/3 years.
Try to compile anything close to this, with let's say, the past 5 years of champions league + world cup + 5 main man football leagues. It would be almost, if not entirely, impossible.
There are single situations in this video, that you don't watch in 5 years straight of an entire premier league, bundesliga, la liga, or serie A.

The selection of clips should have been made by someone who knows football. There are a lot of incidents in there where players were not incompetent but only unfortunate, or where a player looks as if she has been outplayed when in reality her opponent has infringed the rules.

The game is worse in every way compared to the men, but it's like the goalkeeping is just other worldly bad. Yea, you see guys let in a howler every now and then, or have a hand made of flubber (Onana), but it seriously looks like women keepers are stuck in the stone age. Their positioning is terrible. Combine that with their lack of athleticism, and it just makes for some of the most hilariously embarrassing stuff you'll ever see on a football pitch.
They are probably messing up their business model. Instead of trying to sell women's soccer as a sports show, they should sell it as a comedy show because they do make people laugh 😂, maybe then they would have more followers and could aspire to get greater income.😂
