I'm a new NP and I don't see how your channel has not exploded yet. This has been a wealth of information for me. I am starting my first primary care job in 3 weeks and I'm binge-watching your channel everyday so I dont feel like such a noob! Great work! New sub here!

I’m a new PA and I just stumbled onto your videos and have to say, I love them! My program had an NP in it, all of my preceptors for clinical a were NPs and your videos remind me of them. Thank you!

Great case study. With outpatient patient care I also consider if the person has home assistance. The patient in your case study possibly needed home care services and had difficulty caring for himself.

I've had this for five years. It came up after breast cancer. I had a masectomy and it came up after that. I have psoriasis also. I was a size 8 and now I've ballooned up...my doctors and hospitals wont recognise it. I'm now very unwell. I donr know what to do or where to turn.

I am sorry to hear you are having such a difficult time. I know it can be rough and please hang in there. I always encourage people to refer back to their primary care provider, and I wish you all the best in getting the assistance you need.

@@RealWorldNP thank you so much. I have gotten back in touch with my oncologist. I emailed her some pictures of my rash and listed symptoms. I'm now going to see her this week. Hoping they will resolve now. Thank you so much.
