    Anyone can see that Lauren was being abused by the photographic evidence. And the judge didn't see it? Rubbish! He is guilty of abuse himself and should be de-robed . Why was he not made accountable? It was his responsibility as it was his decision, that Lauren go to a safe home. Pig!

    Listen to the arrogant piece of crap judge. Even to this day, he refuses, or can't, recognize, that he made a mistake. That he failed to see what was obvious, that there was, and would continue to be, horrible abuse and neglect. To this day, with that smug, arrogant attitude. He ruined the life of that baby and her adoptive family, and he lacks both the conscience and intelligence to see it. You can just tell from listening to him that he lacks basic humanity, empathy, and intelligence. Its scary that he is in charge of babies lives. since when does a doctor put pain before finding out truth of rape so that she doesn't keep getting right isn't that more pain and Destroy her mental and physical state of life for the rest of her life rather than a little bit of pain right there and then that's a bad doctor

    • @Pisces_Haze

      Aphrodite Appollonia because it's a delicate thing. doctors don't want to do rape kits on kids they want to assume it's others things. they said it was just a "uti/yeast infection" with I went in at 4 years old, I wish they would have done a rape kit then it would have saved me years of abuse but, Rape kits revictimize people, and if the parent is wrong that they aren't being raped then it's an damaging a child by give them a rape kit, have doctors take pictures between your legs it's hard to explain to a child that it's going to be okay.

    • @frandermody4741
      @frandermody4741 7 лет назад +33

      I was being molested my mother told them to do the kit and I was saved! ...........if you do then the kid could be saved! I was saved. I went to mental health.... at 29 I'm ok with 3 kids and partner.
      He went to jail in Florida, he was killed in jail by castration. All I know is "its name was chuck"
      I was 2. Put it this way....if I thought someone was hurting my kids id rather kit them then LET IT HAPPEN ....
      They swab n take blood..scrape under finger nails, they use gauze to wipe different parts of the body..they comb the hair on the head and it the person has private hair they comb that too.. They use a type of tape to pat the body with to see if they will get fibers or hair or earth...a pee sample a mouth swabs....it not as bad as a child having a full grown person do what they will with them.

After that I ran away as a teen was homeless off and on. I met a great guy we made ends meet. We got a house. And three years ago we decided to adopt. She came from a home with abuse as well. It's been very hard, but I tell you what, if anything it's made me want to try even harder in the future. I think we do best if we focus on the child's needs one at a time but once our daughter is on her feet we plan to adopt again. It's the hardest thing I've ever done but it was the best. Adoption is rough and difficult, but I promise it's a beautiful thing.

    I do not believe anyone who gives up a child for adoption should be allowed to take them back. I also do not believe, that anyone who adopts a child should be allowed to give them back; unless that child is at risk of neglect.
    I feel for this adopted mother.

    It seems like a single, imbecile judge has the power to put everyone submissive to him. Even when we are talking about child abuse.

She was failed by social services, she was failed by the police, by the court system, by everyone who watched this happen from that side but never stood up or said anything. She was failed by the ENTIRE system that is in place to keep us safe, or atleast find and charge those responsible. I hope she finds peace in her adult life, in whatever way that peace may come to her.

    This is so sad! She was such a beautiful little baby. I just can't understand how somebody could do this! The system is always failing these children. Look at the pictures of all the marks and bruises on her! What judge in their right mind would disregard that??! A baby freaking out when someone tries to change their diaper should sound off alarms! I'm a 40 year old mother of 2 children. One girl and one boy. My daughter just turned 21 and my son will be 20 in a week! I have a 3 month old grandson who I absolutely adore! All I ever wanted in life was to make sure that my family was happy and felt loved. The thought of hurting a child makes me cringe! Those clowns aren't human, they are demons!! The adoptive parents wanted to love her the way she deserved to be loved and the system robbed her of that! That so-called judge will burn in hell because he is responsible for everything that happened to this young lady

    I've seen several videos of this amazing woman (Sabrina) talking about Lauren's early life. One thing that struck me was that even when she was saying that she was uncomfortable with (i.e. discipline), she always looks you in the eye and she just flat out says it she doesn't tiptoe around the issue or look around the room saying uh uh. When God created this gem of a woman He made the world a better place.
    It's my understanding that her relationship with Lauren is currently strained which is unfortunate because she dearly loves her daughter but as most of us know it's common for young adults to clash with their parents. Hopefully they find their way back to each other. Speaking from my own life experiences, as abuse survivors we are emotionally behind which frequently makes disagreements (everything from nitpicking to full blown screaming matches) disproportionate to what they should be which then in turn commonly makes reconciling that much more difficult.
    I'm not directly blaming the judge for Lauren's abuse BUT I do believe that many many people dropped the ball and failed Lauren. I don't believe for one second that nobody made an abuse/neglect report to someone somewhere (CPS, police, school, doctor, etc). EVERYONE in that entire situation needs to figure out how so many balls got dropped, who dropped them, and why. This isn't strictly about holding them accountable either. It's also to ensure it never happens again!
