They are a TEMPORARY TRIO while their youngest, Ko Woorim completes his MANDATORY MILITARY SERVICE like all S. Korean men must do. The gentleman with the guitar is the reason for this special episode of IMMORTAL SONGs. It was in honour of his lifetime of music…he is 67 (!) and is a S .Korean legendary guitarist affectionately known as Little Giant. He has spent his life trying to promote traditional Korean music to the world. The episode is : Kim Soo-Cheol and New Friends. On 6th December 2023, Forestella was one of the guests who were invited to perform with him who he’d never met or played with before. Kim Soo-Cheol(Chul) is also a composer, conductor, and even used to be an actor in times past. For this show he was also conducting the orchestra that accompanied some of the other artists.This performance was aired 6th January 2024….and Forestella also performed a rearranged version of HIJO DE LA LUNA, for 3 voices. So beautiful❤ , and now they have their quartet version as well as this one🤗. It must have been so hard to be on an Immortal Song stage without their Forestella brother there with them after being together for so many years….Woorim will complete his duty 🇰🇷May 2025🫡 and the trio picked the best song because the show must go on in the meantime.

Forestella will remain a trio until May 25. Sadly for music lovers, Woo Rim the bass, has commenced his eighteen mandatory military service. But the remaining trio are outstanding in their own right.
