As a dancer , (not pro) learning twice dances are enjoyful ,and it's the easiest dance I needed to learn , this took me 5-10 mins ....+ More 2-3 times practice for perfection ....it's really easy and fun choreo ❤️

Currently my left leg hurts so much, it’s like I’ve been doing exercises for 3 days, now I can understand the pressure and the effort that idols put to learn the dances. How are people learning the entire choreography in like 30 minutes??? 😭 Props to y'all. It took me 30 minutes only to learn the pre-chorus and perfect it (I'm a perfectionist so I literally can't move on to the next part until and unless I can execute a specific dance move very accurately, and also I don't move on until the dance move feels very very natural to me, if that makes sense? Like I don't have to think, it just comes automatically). The good part is that now I can do the pre-chorus flawlessly, at a fast speed too so I'm very proud of myself, especially since I'm actually a beginner. Yes, this is the first ever choreography I'm ever learning, I've never danced before, but I'm just happy that despite being a beginner I can execute the moves quite accurately and very similar to the way nayeon does. Everyone can do it, you just need to practice practice and practice. I failed many times, it was funny but that's what helped me point my mistakes so! :D If I tried to learn this choreography in just 30 minutes, I would be all over the place, so I've a lot of respect for people who can learn this choreography in just 30 minutes and execute it perfectly too. Ah I really underestimated this choreography, I chose this to be my first evrr choreography because I thought it looks so fun and easy, but it's the complete opposite, I got a little overwhelmed after I realized how fast it is, requires a lot of thinking and focus, but now I don't want to give up. If I did the pre-chorus, I know I can do the chorus and the rest of the choreography as well.

Happy to hear that you’re having fun ^•^ - If you are struggling with the speed, try doing the parts where you mess up slowly (0.5x speed works best for me personally) and then once you don’t mess up at all at that speed, gradually up the speed until you’re at normal speed. It works for me at least lol. - We all work differently so if that doesn’t work for you I’m sure there’s something else that might. All that you gotta do is find that technique! Wish I could help with the hip issues BUT I’m not a medical professional so I sadly can’t, sorry :) Hopefully that made sense! Best of luck lol

Also recently I took a break after learning the chorus, and decided to learn some very basic k-pop moves, because I felt like that would help me a lot more. I know it might sound weird, that I paused in the middle and went straight to the basics out of nowhere, but I realized I really needed the very basics, and I learnt that obviously ever idol has to master the basics at first. So I worked on basic moves like, bounces, isolations (I think these are quite important, because working on isolations helped me become less stiffer, although thankfully I do not have a lot of issues with stiffness), and I also learnt to do this dance move called 'happy feet', I tried to learn it before but for some reason I could never do it. This time I did, and now I can't stop doing it lol.
