Really helpful video, thank you. Could you just call the helper check box "move to next stage" and click on it, then the automation would move to the next stage and untick the check box? Would not need a button then.
@@DanielCanosa 8:20 I noticed that if I create the "move to next stage" button as you show, the automations that create the tasks do not start when you have a certain status.. why? how can I do it?

Totally. I just personally prefer to use the button as it's more user friendly
