Second heaven is eternal, i am not sure heaven is the abode of angels but Allah does not need heaven as his abode because he created for humankind. Finally, I am not sure my answer is 100 percent sure because i am still learning about Islam and some knowledge does not reveal to humans entirely by Allah, only Allah the most knowledgeable knows everything on what we didn't know.
