Ruth, you are not alone in having that Kindle - I bought exactly the same one many moons ago as I was travelling a lot at the time and it had old school internet access on it! I have kept it as it reads my books out to me when I am in the bath and I honestly think it is the best model (Kindle Fire models aside, as they are more mini tablets) of e-reader ever!

I totally agree about sunglasses cases! What's going on? My new prada sunglasses came with a HUGE hard case that is so obnoxious I bought a cheap case soft case from h&m because I can't handle how huge it is!
I have the same kindle and case! It's ancient and large but I can't bring myself to replace it when it still works perfectly fine! Perhaps I will eventually.
Oh ALSO I love to use Boots Opticians' BOGOF on glasses - I tend to get one pair I'm super confident in and one slightly more fashiony pair. I loved last year's more fashiony pair (ones that looked like Wayfarers) so much I got them again this year! (The curses of rapidly worsening longsightedness)

Actually, that's probably the 2nd kindle version. I know because I have the first which is even simpler than yours and only came in white in a more rectangular shape. It still works though. I ordered it from Amazon when it just came out. Nice travel ideas!

There is now a airport on the Peloponnese peninsula, Kalamata, so you can avoid the horrible drive to Athens if you go back. I know Neilson use flights through there for their beach club and sailing holidays - I think it's ex army though so I don't know how many other airlines use it
That's a 3rd generation Kindle, not the first one they made by several years. Really good ereader. I liked the keyboard, but I do admit the built-in backlight and greater contrast of the touch Kindle won me over. (Okay, and my cat broke the screen of my keyboard Kindle.)

And love the fact that no matter what you touch, hold, wear it almost turns into a screenshot of some designer high end ad
I bought that Bag but re-sold it because I didn't like the thin straps. In the same vein, I wanted a Louis Vuitton 'Neverfull'. But again, nasty things straps! (Gripe over!)
