Carter literally said in an interview or presser that if you put the 2 sketches together you get Richard Allen. No dice. Now state wants them out, because one of the witnesses being called by defense is a dead ringer for the first sketch of the older guy. Wouldn’t want to confuse the jury 🙄
Boy they made a big public spectacle of arresting him and “solving the case” But since then the state and judge have attempted to conduct 100% of this case behind closed doors and without media present. 🤨
Where a cop lies blatantly, and doesn't get fired(Liggett),or another uses phone data, and gets a SATELLITE reprogrammed to track down and harass a RUclipsr (Holman),LE in Carroll County is rotten to the core...and that's not even going into the operation on what they did to fellow investigating officer, Todd Click, who is currently banged up in a jail cell for speaking out!

The defense is just trying to create doubts let's not forget they tried to get the bullet match thrown out and conveniently leak evidence most likely on purpose then blamed it on the guy who took the evidence that they told to take it!
People pay attention to this case. Dna of hair is NOT Rick Allen’s. Libby’s phone stopped “pinging” that afternoon and miraculously started pinging a little after 4 am that morning, suggesting her phone was manually turned on/off. Others had confessed of the crime to family, and Abby had a connection to some Odinists in the area as she was dating a teen boy. Yet, they want you to believe he controlled 2 girls out in a busy trail area with people out and neither screamed or tried to escape, especially after seeing the first girl get slashed? Ppl pay attention. This crime is multiple perp and likely sacrificial.
The unspent bullet still matched his gun found at the scene of course the defense keeps trying to get that thrown out not to mention RA already admitted to the crime on a recorded jail house phone call and he is the bridge guy who was in hiding in plain sight for over two years not coming forward hoping he would fly under the radar before he got caught!
@@raptorman48 so that is not admissible in court and did you see the condition he was in while he was in that jail? You need to calm down and look at the facts, you don't just throw people in prison without REAL evidence. Blame the police for all of this

First of all. This is entirely improper for the defense to say things that have not been vetted in court yet and they should be sanctioned for this. This shows their desperation. Most likely there is an explanation of any hair found at the scene, but they dont tell you that they just want to get the soundbite out there. This is nothing.
